Nice jewelry and exceptional customer experience
JUKSEREI offers exceptional customer experience - very nice and neat packaging with a personal touch.
The quality is really amazing. If quality is not as expected the customer service does its utmost to make its valuable customers satisfied.
Once, my parcel did not arrive and the customer service tried to resent it, realizing that most of jewelry was already sold out. It made special offers on top. Now, the ring I orders broke when I tried it on and it was replaced immediately following a personal email conversation.
Whenever in contact with the customer service, I feel like a valuable and close friend. Pretty nice :)

Ohrstecker schließen nicht
Die Ohrstecker (bei einem Insta-Sale erworben) waren wesentlich kleiner als gedacht und der Verschluss hat nicht richtig geschlossen, so dass einer nach nicht mal 24h aus meinem Ohr gefallen ist. Auf eine Anmerkung meinerseits wurde nicht reagiert

Ordered a necklace which was shorter than advertised. Friendly and responsive mail contact. Production errors can happen. A new necklace with correct length was sent and I could return the one received with shipping cost credited. Very happy with how the matter was handled. A bit of patience was needed as the process took some time, but I find that is quite a good thing in this time and age.
