I had an awful experience

I had an awful experience. I received an email saying that my package was delivered and I did not receive my package. I sent an email to Jules B customer service and did not get a response. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this company

You sent me dirty clothes instead of new ones. Disgusting. I contacted customer service and no response from them either. I don’t know what to do but I will never shop here again.

I purchased a designer jacket at Jules B b/c the price was lower than other US retailers and many US retailers were out of stock. I was a little skeptical that I might experience an issue ordering from an overseas retailer for the first time. The tracking provided by Royal Mail, and the product that I received was absolutely perfect. Extremely happy with the experience, and would definitely buy from Jules B again.

What a waist of time

What a waist of time, the worst online experience i have ever, how could that happen an order that supposed to be sent to the US , it was sent to the UK worse , customer service said once we receive the package we will refund are we in north Korea!!???

Again faulty goods

Again faulty goods, a pair of Oliver Sweeney boots, unwearable due to tie hook breaking, reported to julesb, stated they would be in-touch. Never heard from them again. Very very poor customer services. Don’t buy from these. Lots of better service companies online. Stay clear.
