Feels like a scam company. Ordered an outfit in February for March and still have not received it (it is June!!!). I have emailed multiple times and asked for a refund, no response, but when I email asking for a confirmed order number they reply in a flash. Don’t bother buying from here if you actually want your clothes to turn up.

It's been over 2 weeks since I placed My order, I still have not received any my goods, I'm a ill disabled woman, I don't have the strength to keep chasing up my order. I've sent multiple emails and messages,up to now no one has responded. To make matters worse,I can't find anything with My order number on it, non of the first few initial emails have quoted the order number so I can't track it either. I'm very disappointed

It's now been 4 weeks since I placed the order with these people. I have sent 8 emails for them to contact me. I'm a disabled woman on a budget but they don't care to contact me.

All the other reviews have explained what happened to me exactly... they give 2 weeks to return items. Fine. I received my item and initiated the return process within the hour that I got it. After a full day, I got an email back asking me to keep the dress for free IF I would pay just 15 more dollars and also pick a new item from their website. So essentially they do not want their product back and would like me to pay them MORE for another poorly made item. No thank you. I asked, please, give me the address to send the dress. The response said that I cannot return the item because it "correlates with a discount." I did NOT use a discount. They either lied or say this same BS to everyone. I don't expect my money back. I'd love to help put them out of business, though.

Avoid this company at all costs! They scammed me out of £170. They told me I could send one dress back from my order as it wasn’t discounted and gave me a return address. When the parcel arrived they refused to accept it and won’t reply to my emails now. So no return, no refund and no response

The sent me a dress in the worst quality imaginable and it was faulty (torn). However they refused/ignored my emails and did not refund my purchase.

I ordered some items in Feb it is now October I’ve had no items and no refund. I’ve emailed the company. I hope this gets sorted.

Complete scam - ordered two sizes of a dress and then when arrived, they didn’t look anything like they did in the photo and were made of very cheap material. Tried to return these items but was told that they were sale items so not eligible for return - they’ve managed to write their return policy with a loophole so they can get away with selling terrible quality items and not having to refund customers.

Do not trust this company

Returned my parcel months ago. Have confirmation from DHL that it was delivered but still no refund despite multiple follow up and reminder emails. Now engaging the UK financial ombudsman to make a section 75 claim. Complete waste of time and completely avoidable if only they’d responded to my emails.

Dress came and looked NOTHING like the photos. I tried it on and it was so high cut and in the middle of my body I could never wear it In public as my underwear and butt were showing. Super poorly made. I emailed and asked for a refund and how to return. They tried to upsell me a bigger size for $15. I said no I want to return they came back again and said because I used the introductory first time promo that it was ineligible for return. What a crock of crap. $50 completely wasted and zero help from customer service. DO NOT ORDER

This company is a scam. The dress was nothing like the photos online and the quality of the dress was poor and the material was sheer and wrinkled (even starting to tear in a few spots). I sent them an email to request a refund address and they said they don’t accept returns on discounted goods. This was nowhere in their return policy online.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. These types of companies that run on screwing over their customers should be illegal.

Like everyone else with reviews on here, I took a chance on Thai company and was SHOCKED at the inaccuracy of their photos to the product you receive. In construction, color, and fabric it does not even closely resemble the photos on their site. It’s not a company that can be trusted and they know it. They’ve created loopholes to avoid returns on any products. They also conveniently don’t allow any reviews on their own website which would force consumers to inconveniently search elsewhere. It should be illegal for them to remain in business. Overall, DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I've been blocked by them on all social media accounts and emails with still no refund. Really disgusting service. I can't believe it. Worst experience I've ever had with a clothing company - it's actually criminal. Please never order from here

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! The dress is about a €2 made in china - fit and colour and NOTHING like the picture and then when you try and refund it (NEARLY €50 I SPENT!!!) you are told it's not possible! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

You're probably here because you're getting Instagram ads like crazy for this website. Just don't fall for it. The clothes are very cheaply made and just look so tacky.

Save your money and buy somewhere else.

I ordered a dress for a size Extra-Small and I waited for 17 days!! When I wore the dress it was very loose. My mom said “honey I bet it fits me”. She wore the dress and the dress was loose on her too since she is a size Extra-Large. We then find out that the dress that they sent is XXL (2 Extra-Large). When you don’t have a dress for the exact size why would u send it?? I’m just pissed!! I emailed them last night and now that is 11:00 am, I got no response. Also I wanted to cancel the order in 2-3 hours later and I emailed them, they respond late of course, and said we can’t cancel it since we shipped the order!!! Like how is that possible. Don’t waste your money you guys, especially if you are a student.

Absolute scam, poor quality, they put items 'on sale' just to avoid that you can return the items which is against the law. DO NOT BUY HERE!

I ordered three dresses and the quality was not high at all. Since they didn't fit either, I wanted to send them back, which wasn't approved because apparently they were all discounted. Since just about every item has a discount, you can assume that basically no returns can be made.

The package arrived on time but the dress is very low quality and made of cheap fabric so I am not sure if it will be manageable to wear it outside the house. Be careful with this brand.

Ordered a dress, which arrived a month later. This dress is not as described on the site, the material isn't satin and as for the sizing, it's too small. As a result, left with a dress that isn't suitable and Julliat refused to give you a refund.
Please do not use this company, customer service is disappointing and they refuse to refund customers.
They left me no choice and have reported them to Trading Standards to investigate this company.
