My July bag was damaged on my last trip. I contacted the July team as they say they have a lifetime warranty, and sent in photos etc. The response of the Customer Happiness Team was swift and efficient, within two days they had assessed my claim and a replacement bag was on its way. I was astounded! It is rare for a company to offer such excellence in customer service. Bravo July! I was a big fan of your products, and now I am an even bigger fan. I cannot stop telling anyone who will listen how amazing you are!

Website color not reflective of actual color
color on the website for the chestnut suede tote is not reflective of its actual color. If you like this bag I would recommend viewing it in person rather than online. I this bag twice as I thought I had been sent the wrong bag, but turned out it’s the right bag, the image online is not reflective of its true color. The actual bag is closer to espresso color online. After the first return I would have expected July to review the Color’s before sending me the same bag twice, so I am disappointed with the service and response.

Awful customer service. Do not recommend purchasing if there is even the smallest chance you need to return.
As stated in some of the other reviews the language is non sensical. I filled out the same online form 3x. After waiting for a return label for over three weeks I was eventually told they would do a refund regardless. After a follow up a couple of weeks later I was told no refund had begun. So I guess they just lied when they said they’d already begun the refund process.
Ive had a total of 21 emails going back and forth trying to resolve a simple return.
Exceptional Customer Service
My experience with July has been exceptional. I accidentally entered my name incorrectly in the system, which meant the name on my invoice was wrong, and since I needed it for tax purposes, I reached out to the team for help.
The team (shoutout to Geraldine!) got back to me within an hour, on a Saturday!!! getting it sorted for me. Honestly the fastest online customer service I’ve ever experienced.
And of course, absolutely loving my new Juliette Bowler bag ❤️

Such a delight
I bought my case on pre-order. The customer service from the July team was amazing. They definitely under promised and over delivered in terms of the wait time. When it arrived the case was beautifully packed. Seems too hard for July. They are ordering process and communication through delivery was fantastic.
I’ve used the case within days of arriving and it is fantastic. Highly recommend!

I purchased my new July expandable suitcase from a July sale. I had to wait a few weeks for delivery but July communicated the delay and reason to me so all good as I didn't need the suitcase urgently. I had looked at it at their Doncaster tore and the in-store staff were very informative, helpful and willingly spent time with me explaining the various options.

This is the second review I have left for July. I can't believe they continue to send me emails requesting I review their product despite the fact I am still yet to receive it!
$388 down the drain. Their customer service is atrocious. Email turn around is slow and when I do receive a response it's nonsensical. I have been told things like "July do not sell bag covers for carry-on luggage", great I didn't order a cover for a carry-on bag, but thank you? Or hold the bag in the light we do believe we sent you the bag in the correct colour, when the photo of the label previously sent states it is a different colour. Like maybe if I squint at the incorrect items they sent me, they will appear like the items I ordered!! While these ridiculous exchanges with Julys' 'happiness team' continue I have lodged a dispute with my credit card for a refund. Should that I fail I will go to fair trading. Be forewarned on ordering anything from July!

Staff are very well trained in customer service and ensuing customers have a positive experience and their needs are met while shopping. The products are made to a very high quality standard and colour choices are always updating.

Zero customer service
business day dispatch — it is now Saturday March 15 and my order still hasn't been dispatched. I fly on Wednesday and purchased this bag specifically for this trip based on the delivery estimate shown at checkout.
I have received no response to my email sent earlier this week, no response to an Instagram DM sent yesterday, and July has deleted 3 of my 4 comments left on their Instagram posts along with multiple other negative comments from customers experiencing the same issue. Other customers in the comments are reporting ignored emails, untracked shipments going into three weeks, and zero contact from the brand.
Deleting legitimate customer complaints while continuing to engage with positive comments is not acceptable. I will be lodging a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading. The product may be great but if anything goes wrong with your order, you are on your own

I had an awful experience with this company. I ordered three suitcases and was told that the items had been dispatched, no sign of order a week on and the customer service department was not easy to access or have a two way conversation with. Eventually I got a full refund but I had to send three or four emails and threaten to escalate this with my bank. I would not recommend parting with your money to this company!
