Frustrating website
The website is not user friendly. I tried 3 attempts initially to order my product unsuccessfully and gave up. The site came up on my feed the next day and on the second attempt l was successful in ordering. I am reluctant to use this site again. The delivery was fast.

5 stars...Great store...delivery issues with courier
Ease in ordering, paying and communication response.
As mentioned, maybe rethink your delivery courier (Amarex). Countless deliveries from same (including your last your order) dumped on front door step, when asked to be signed for, exposed to weather to being stolen. Knocked but didn't wait for answer, instead ?took photo of product on step & literally ran to van!!!!
Does not reflect at all on your excellent company. I personally find even Australia Post better!!!

I have been dealing with Jumbo Pets for some time and have never had reason to be dissatisfied. If I’ve had an issue it has been dealt with professionalism in a timely manner. Can’t speak highly enough

Has every single product I buy
Had the products I wanted and better yet, they were in stock! I can buy everything from here where previously I had to patron two or more stores to get what my bubby loves. And that means I save on courier/postage. A big Jumbo thank you to Jumbo Pets!

Jumbo Pets are quick at sending orders. I've only ever an issue with one product. They quickly responded to my email and gladly shipped a replacement. Friendly staff 🙂
