I’m a loyal customer for years! Their products are way cheaper than the others plus I receive bonus toys on Christmas. Their customer service team is always helpful. Shipping is super fast.

Jumbo Pets do not honour what transpires during a phone conversation.
On 2 occasions I reminded them that the delivery address they were using was not the same as the one on my account. Both occasions the staff stated that this would not affect the delivery of the order.
But in fact I have not received my order and it is 3 weeks and 3 days since I spoke with the first staff member. The second staff member stated that the order would be resent on the 5th December 2024. The order has not been delivered. When I go into my account online I do not see any activity to believe that I will ever received this order.
Something is seriously wrong here.

Shipping was slow
Shipping was slow. Despite receiving a notifcation my order was "on its way" the day after my purchase, it took a week to arrive. I had to go to a bricks a mortar pet store to purchase pet food as I ran out before the devliery came. (I normally wouldn't leave my purchase so late but I had been away interstate). Other online pet stores I have used have always come within 2 days. If I have a short time frame next time I will not use this site.

A great price for the product i ordered…
A great price for the product i ordered (Boxer dry food) but found that the 2nd order i created on the same day let their service down. 1st order was recevied very quickly but the 2nd order (only ordered 20 mins apart) took more than a week to arrive. Very disappointed.

SIX STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Following a disastrous delivery experience with aramex, Jumbo Pets changed my carrier to auspost only and have just happily recieved a follow up delivery TWO days ahead of the promised delivery date. Awesome customer service from Jumbo Pets.

Spot-on service. Delivery? Not so good.
The prices and products are spot on, as is your phone service. However, you appear to always use a default courier, who is absolutely bloody useless.
I mean, why does it take 6 Weeks to deliver a bag of cat food?
You need to advertise on your front page that customers can choose their own courier.
Regardless, JumboPets is a great resource for us pet owners. As I said above, prices are the best, service is the best, staff are the best - you can't go wrong.

Second to none
We have been buying products from Jumbo Pets for a number of years. We have always received top quality customer service from all the staff. Orders are usually received the next day when the items are in stock. I would definitely recommend them to other pet owners.
Don't buy expiry date sensitive products from Jumbo Pets
Today is 18/11/2024 but I've not received any reply from Jumbo Pets in relation to my complaint and return & refund request sent to them through eBay... What a service!!!

I've purchased Virbac Wound-Gard Antiseptic Bitterant Spray from this seller(Jumbo Pets) through eBay and just received the delivery. However, the product has an expiry date of Dec 2024....and Today is 15/11/2024... I think this is a fraud.
Be careful when you purchase expiry date sensitive products from this seller(Jumbo Pets) or it would be better not to buy from them.
