Everything arrived on time
Everything arrived on time, there were however some of the leaves damaged after being stapled to the packaging paper.

Amazing products, wonderful delivery, really like their website and social media presence.
Would use again and recommend!
The delivery was especially pleasant and the plant was well-packaged and came with an informative card about general maintenance. Specific instructions for each plant are clearly written on the website (although for customer convenience they could also be included as a printout with the order?.. that’s a lot of waste paper though if people don’t read/need it)

Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Jungle Houseplants! Since moving into the area I have made multiple purchases, with excellent service every time. Accurate ETA and tracking for local deliveries and the plants are always in great condition. Will definitely be making more purchases once I find more space to put them...

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Delivery arrived in good time and was well packaged. Came with basic details on caring for my plant and even let me know the packaging was able to be recycled. The plant was exactly as described, will definitely buy from them again
