Junkr Avis 

I booked Junkr for first time on 15th April through thier website and received a confirmation email. After a few days, no skip bag had arrived. I emailed several times, and then tried calling a couple of days later to find phone constantly engaged. It turns out they closed down at some point since I made my booking and are so far uncontactable but are still taking orders and payments. I paid £139.99, low income family etc. etc. and they’ve just disappeared with my money.

I have been trying to contact the company over the past few days via email and phone call with no answer. Can someone please get back to me regarding order 86604. I have paid but not received the service due to a mistake at my end with the online booking. I would like to reschedule please.

Greig did a brilliant job of taking away our old shed. Quick, efficient and left no mess, all at a reasonable price. Thank you!

The date for collection was arranged quickly, payment was simple, The guys arrived on time and were quick to remove the floor boards, cooker, bags of rubbish etc. I would use them again.

Quick, easy and efficient service! The guys had our old sofa gone in 5 minutes - saved us a lot of hassle! We were given a time frame the night before so we knew when to expect, and were given a further update on the day to let us know the team were on their way.

The Junkr staff that arrived to assist with clearing out several large items of furniture were polite and punctual. They went above and beyond in making sure nothing being removed or remaining was damaged during their work. The communication I had with Junkr ahead of their arrival was very clear but above all Junkr helped me solve an issue when others let me down at the last moment.

Couldn't recommend Junkr enough and will be using them again.

They really do just crack on, no messing about. I have used Junkr for several visits after completing a massive office clear out and each time they were helpful on whatsapp, booking is easy, they turn up when they say they will and are very friendly and professional when here.
