Very bad experience . I had an investment sith them and its entirely missing in the investment listing now . Dont know where did it went . No response even after multiple mails .

My loan payment was only two days late, yet I received around 40 calls within that short period. This is not acceptable and feels like harassment.
A delayed payment does not justify treating customers this way. I ask that you stop this behavior and deal with payment delays in a fair and professional manner.
If there would be a rating in negative would have selected. Ek no ki fraud service hai, false marketing, showing cashback offers on bms received zero cashback. Moreover, biggest issue made a recharge on airtel received no recharge not even sms for failed transaction. Jupiter app shows transaction is successfull. Its been one month, raising compliants to all team nodal, app, email, call etc. Spoke to Ravi & Vijay from nodal, 80975 12996 they keep lingering the call to check email and will call me back. rather they closed the complaint. Asked to contact airtel, when contacted airtel they said its third party app recharge talk to them.
very bad service. I have a open salary account this platform. but last 2 weeks try to sell my digital gold investment. but many time failed. I have close this account. please do not open account for this platfrom. very bad platform.

Bank is declining my credit card transaction on Amazon upon contacting them about it they said I don't have a credit history specifically with them hence, they will not allow the transaction first I should create a credit line with their bank and then in the near future they will allow the transactions to go through.
I have a CIBIL of more than 700 and multiple CC with different banks and this is the first time I have heard that in order to use the credit card customer should have a credit history with that specific bank.
Additionally, the customer support doesn't operate on Saturday and Sunday so if you're trying to make a transaction that is declined by the bank and it is urgent for you, this bank will not bother because they will operate on next working day only there is no way to contact them on weekends!!
If you wish to speak with someone superior you'll have to wait for 24hrs. Really, poor and bad customer support.
Really bad experience this led me to close my account.
I created my account a week ago, the UI is great. Nothing wrong about interface, its quite catchy. but there is some glitch. It took 3 days for Video KYC, after the completion, "complete your KYC" still pop ups on mobile.
It will take a month for complete review.
Edit:- service is too slow. I ordered my debit card and it took a week to dispatch my debit card. Same with my checkbook
Such a great experience..within couple of hours person can open account in Fedral Bank with no long processes.
