Getting a quote was very quick and easy…

Getting a quote was very quick and easy compared to other places. They had a good price and a low down payment so I went with them. Plus I can do it all on my phone and pay on my phone without having to talk to anybody which I like.

Don’t regret my purchase

Not happy at all. So far they have took my money but haven’t provided me with my policy information, I gave them two different emails and all they say is it has been sent on there end.

The customer service guy was a great hello this morning and sent the information from his personal email and I finally received it! Still not happy with the company but I’m happy with the price and Terry going out of his was made my day much better!

Upon review it seems the reason you did not receive your policy documents was that your policy was not activated immediately due to declination of your credit card payment. In order to initiate coverage (and provide documents) the initial policy payment must be received prior to policy issuance. We believe your policy has been activated now by successful credit card processing and our customer service team has reached out to make sure all is good - please contact us at 855-444-4341 should you need further assistance and thank you!

They Quoted me the cheapest rate I have found thus far. I'm Going with them The 1st. of Feb. When my old policy expires.

Customer service was very friendly and efficient. When I call the had a problem within 3 minutes it was cleared up I was relieved Tank you to the customer service agent who helped me she was very friendly and kind and I am glad I chose this insurance Company

Poor claims process

Poor claims process. Worst I've ever received. Literally. It's the sole reason I'm leaving. Equity was cheaper and was actually helpful in the event of a claim.

We don't like to see unhappy customers and we do investigate each post. Upon investigation it is noted that as you were trying to report a new loss, there was a 2-3 day delay in acknowledging your first loss report. We further noted that no first party coverage was involved and, other than the courtesy of acknowledgement, no benefits or inconvenience should have been involved. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and the proper claims management parties have been advised of your post.

I didnt receive a notice for the ending…

I didnt receive a notice for the ending of my policy, I wasnt aware which date because I paid the full 6 month balance.

Our underwriting department researched your comments and found that as you were set-up for document e-delivery, your renewal billing notice was emailed to you on July 10 in advance of your policy renewal date of July 31. A payment was not received by that date so your policy lapsed on July 31. Hopefully you have secured coverage in the interim.
