Outstanding service from Syed and the team
I have been using Jupiter Cars for a number of years and always had a good experience. Our driver, Syed who we have had for a number of trips was extremely professional, polite, and helpful from start to finish. He arrived right on time, kept me updated, and made the whole trip safe and comfortable. Syed went above and beyond to provide top-class service. The booking process was also smooth and easy. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to everyone!

We would recommend and rebook for future trips
Benefitted from the online booking promotion. Did have to contact them for more information about the correct size of the vehicle we required for transport to the airport. Great communication from the team and driver. We will be keen to rebook for future trips and would recommend this company. Only downfall as that we couldn’t book a return in one transaction.

Lovely driver and company! The app shows accurate ETA and the quality of service is fantastic. Never expected to meet such a great driver and company. The pricing is also reasonable. I have booked twice from Jupiter Cars and will definitely book it again from them. Highly recommend others to book their rides when traveling to London. Big thanks to my driver Syed Tajammul H.

Extremely reliable and economical
I have been using Jupiter Cars for more than 5 years, and they have consistently provided an excellent standard of service. In all this time, they have never failed to deliver a reliable, professional, and comfortable experience.
One of the things I particularly appreciate is the variety of cars they offer, making them a great choice whether you are travelling alone, as a couple, or with a larger family.
Recently, Mr. Syed picked us up from Heathrow Airport, and once again, the service was flawless. He was punctual, extremely helpful, polite, and very well behaved. He made our journey smooth and completely stress-free, which was especially appreciated after a long flight.
It is great to see such consistently high standards of service over so many years. I would highly recommend Jupiter Cars to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly cab service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thank you to the whole Jupiter Cars team, and especially Mr. Syed, for making our recent journey such a pleasant experience!

Excellent service from Jupiter Cars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a really positive experience with Jupiter Cars. We were travelling with quite a lot of luggage, and although we hadn’t booked the vehicle because we thought it would be too small, the driver arrived in a 9-seater and was able to accommodate everything without any problems.
The driver was fantastic from start to finish — very friendly, helpful and professional. He went out of his way to help us get all of our bags loaded and unloaded, and he also gave us some really useful advice during the journey, which we really appreciated.
After a long journey with a lot of luggage, it was a real relief to have someone so helpful and accommodating. We were very happy with the service and would definitely use Jupiter Cars again.
Thank you to the driver and the team — your help was genuinely appreciated! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
