Just Answer charged me a $49.00 monthly charge I did not authorize. I had already paid $129.00 for a problem I eventually solved myself but felt I owed them for the time. I did not agree to a monthly charge. I called them and had to go through a chatbot to get to a live person but was unable to reach someone. I called the credit card company and just cancelled the card, and they will send me a new one. I can certainly imagine their management pushing for them to get this monthly charge through...

Having bought a sewing machine I needed some information so according to the instructions I contacted just answer. This cost £1 ,no worries, then I was phone the engineer at £16 , no way so I hung up and sorted the problem myself. Next I am told by PayPal that £30 has been taken from my account!! Why ? Because they automatically join you up as a member and take monthly payments so beware. DO NOT PHONE THEM.

I landed on the is site via a link from a webpage that was deceptive. I received notification of a $90 charge and, while on line with this expert I specifically stated that if I were to be charged, I did not want his help. He emailed the “help” and gave me a phone number to call the billing dept. Upon calling, there was no help, the agent had scripted responses, interrupted my comments and did not return my $90. Not happy at all with Jist Answer.

MISLEADING PRICING — CHARGED R850 AFTER BEING SHOWN R65

I was shown a price of R65 when signing up, but was immediately charged R850 for a membership I never knowingly agreed to. No clear warning was given about the actual amount that would be charged.
When I contacted customer support, agent Christine refused my refund and then ended the chat on me without resolving my issue. Absolutely unacceptable service.
My membership has been cancelled but I still have not received my R850 back. I have screenshots of everything, the misleading pricing, my bank statement, and the chat where my refund was denied.
This is a deceptive billing practice. I have now escalated to my bank and the National Consumer Commission. Avoid this service, what they show you and what they charge you are two very different things.

I too feel that this company has scammed me. I paid £10 for what was advertised as a 3-day trial period. After that time, I unsubscribed and thought no more about it until I saw that I had been charged £28 as an ongoing monthly subscription. There was no mention of this in the advertising. Do not use this company, or you too will no doubt lose money.

I asked a question to a woman from Justanswer. She said I have to pay R65 in order to get advice which I straight paid. But instead of R65.00 you charged me R715.00 and I even got a membership for R715.00 each month which I straight cancelled. Then I wanted to get help in order to get my R715.00 back. I got James (I documented everything he said). He said he will help me but I have to pay again. This time the payment said I will be a member and you charge me R800 monthly. This is fraud. I have never accepted any payments except R65.00 And I refused to talk to the attorney.
This company just scams the people.
