nitial fee for one call was to be $5 US but I was charged $55 and enrolled for monthly fee. Thank Goodness I paid with PayPal. That is the only way I found Ph. # to customer care to cancel: 800-964-0961
** Attorney I talked to online from Just Ask was excellent and I would highly recommend him but NOT JustAsk.com!! They closed my account on same day as I pd. month's fee. Could not get into account later to use and no info. on website as to how to cancel.

Complete scam. Ask for US$2 upfront then charge $66US at the same time followed by monthly debit of US$66. Criminals. Had to cancel my credit card to stop them.

Absolute fraudsters why can't the law do something to stop them swindling thousands of innocent people

This company presents as if you can pay for one question but they end up charging you a monthly fee. I cancelled immediately upon seeing the charge and requested a refund letting them know I used the service once paid the $2 for that question never used it again and don't intend on using it but they refused to refund the monthly $35 fee. They do not send you a notice they are going to charge. Not cool.

This site is a BIG SCAM !!! I wish I had not given then my credit card data. I have never ever received help from them. Not only did I receive NO HELP at all this time but I consulted my bank balance and I discovered they had debited a further €3 for what I don't know ! Making a total of about €4,50 paid for NOTHING. I will know in future. Beware people "

another scam site, you pay £5 to speak with a lawyer, your only reply is asking you to spend £44 for a phone call with a lawyer, and when you refuse that they automatically sign you up for a £50 per month subscription.. TOTAL SCAM CRIMINALS!!

Just do not trust them at all..!!!!
Pay their initial £5 fee and you will find that you are then having to pay £50 each and every month..,.without being aware of what you have signed up for....

Appalling 'scam-like' experience. Having paid a small initial I tried to correspond with an IP Layywer (and her assistant) Having been abandoned after the first question, I started again and was abandoned for the second time?????

Another online scam they say just pay a $2fee which will be refunded but before you fill out the form go to under and read the fine print says you’ll be charged $30us I don’t know how this can blatantly happen

I agree with all of the bad reviews. Paid 3.00 last week to ask a question about my washing machine and lo and behold I suddenly see 30.00 is taken out of my account today. There was no mention of a subscription - it is indeed scandalous. However - the engineer I had a live chat with was quite helpful but knew nothing about the financial side of things as I asked him at the time if I was going to be tied into something - he just told me to contact JustAsk direct - wouldn’t surprise me if the experts have to pay a fee to join so JustAsk are conning everyone - experts and customers alike!

I paid £5 to ask for some legal advice. I found out that I was signed up for a subscription without my knowledge. They have been taking £50 out of my account for months. There is no way I would take out a subscription without getting value for money. The customer service time stated that after paying the one off payment of £5 that, I had a 3 day cooling off period then, I would start paying a subscription fee. This is ridiculous. There was no notification from them. The website did not even help me. They set up the subscription automatically once they have your bank details it’s difficult to detect and cancel. This has been going on for well over a year. My fault for not checking my statement earlier. They refuse to reimburse. The subscription was taken out without me knowing with having no service for this subscription payment. Outrageous and scandalous behaviour

Paid £5 to ask a question for which I received an answer but then without informing me and without any notice used my payment method to set up a £35 "membership fee". I only noticed by chance before they took any monies and cancelled the payment. I quickly recieved an email saying my "membership" had been cancelled...I never signed up for any membership or any associated fees or was made aware of any. AVOID Just Scam!

the payment said 1euro. when i paid the 1 euro it took 59euro as a membership fee. it was not stated there was a memebership fee automatically taken. and it will renew automatically every month unless you cancel

I used 5 pounds which I thought was a 1 time thing and they charged me 38 pounds FOR NO REASON. I never subscribed to them and in no shape or form did they make it clear when you pay for advice you’re automatically put on subscription and deducted money from my account. Please don’t trust this scammer company. The moment you put your bank details they will deduct money from your account. Not worth it at all and the 5 pounds advice they give you is on google for free. They are just scammers. No regard to their customers.

They will charge you £50 for membership every month which you are automatically on just for signing up. Answers are not better then Google search ( I’ve googled my answers before I used them)

Rip off, save your money. The payment on the site said 5$ but when I paid with ApplePay I was charged 51$. I got cut off in the middle of talking in regards to my question and the customer service did the same thing.
