I am leaving this review on behalf of myself and my son. The booking for my son was handled through me and in the interests of transparency I have included the entirety of my experience with just fly business.

I initially dealt with Emily. This started off well and she seemed to completely understand my concerns and issues. However, I had to contact her several times due to wrong information being sent, e mails not being received and someone else's details on my invoice. Emily promised assistance which was why I used the company instead of booking directly myself but after receiving payment which was her main priority she just couldn't be bothered to return calls or assist with anything else. She always seemed to have other things to prioritise and was indifferent to my anxiety. She just brushed things off and suggested a refund.

By then the ticket prices had increased massively so I was in a very difficult position with less than a month before my son had to fly all of which Emily was very much aware of.

This was hugely disappointing as Emily is a manager and quite frankly her actions do not reflect this at all. I would never recommend dealing with her as she just added to an already stressful situation.

Luckily when I called to speak with an actual overall manager I connected with Colin and the difference was like night and day. Colin never gave up on our requests, took time and patience to understand our concerns and literally was on hold to the airline for hours to sort things out. He has been nothing short of amazing.

He is incredibly efficient, polite and helpful. He has always returned communication and kept us updated with accurate information at all times. He has given us insight and the benefit of his knowledge and experience consistently.

He is a total asset to just fly and I really hope this review highlights that. I would definitely recommend only Colin and would only use just fly again if it were via him.

I think all issues have now been resolved but I know I can rest assured that if not Colin will go over and above to help. This is a rare and valuable quality in a person. I can see from.other reviews that I am not alone in my views of Colin.

I cannot thank him enough for calming my stress and nerves throughout this highly emotional journey. 😊

Excellent service every time. I've been booking with Elliott for a few years now and he is exceptional, particularly for business travel. Prices are brilliant, responses are always swift and updates are frequent when he's working on options for us.

Easy booking and Colin is really helpful. Travelled to Malaysia and had amazing journey with Cathay.

Asking for enquiries. They call you and rudely say your budget of £1,600 per person is only enough for Europe. They hanged up the call. Bad customer service.

Several emails requesting pricing. No response. Seems like a rotten outfit.
