Justice have always given excellent service.
Justice have serviced our intruder alarm for several years and it has not given any problems.
It is always easy to book an appointment within a couple of weeks for routine maintenance.
Both the admin staff, and the engineers are polite, friendly amd efficient.

My new system was fitted carefully and met all my needs
Ian and Martin were polite and industrious, doing their utmost to fit an alarm system suitable to my needs. They were careful with my property, making good any slight damage caused by moving/replacing sensors. They went through everything with me, making sure I was happy with the workings of the system. I was more than happy with the service provided.

First class excellent service,
A hi-cup at service but corrected when called out to rectify problem. All staff involved from early morning out of hours service through to engineer coming out the same morning was a very professional service given by dedicated staff who were very customer orientated. Dear Mr Sapal thank you for your comments however we only have one record of you calling us and that was this morning, you asked our administrator for a price for various equipment and she asked if you could email a list of what you wanted (a reasonable request) at that point the phone went dead and we didn't have a number to call you back on. If you would like to call back again I'm sure we would be able to help.
Outstanding Service from Start to Finish
From the moment I made my first enquiry, their customer service and communication have been second to none. The team (Rebecca, Kevin, Ian and Oliver) was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about finding the right solution for me.
Installation was smooth, efficient and professional – everything was explained clearly and done to a high standard. On top of that, their pricing was very competitive for the level of service and peace of mind provided.
I would highly recommend Justice Security to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy security company.

A wasted afternoon
Having waited in all afternoon for a service scheduled a few weeks ago, no-one came and no-one had the decency to let us know no-one was coming. After 36 years with this company, I am not happy

The engineer is new to the company and failed to contact our office to say he had been delayed on previous jobs and couldn't get to you within the time scheduled (this has been re-pointed out to him to contact our office if there is a delay) We have an excellent response time normally as you may agree with after 36 years of being a loyal customer. The call has been rescheduled to another day as requested , thank you for your continued support.

Reliable service at both quotation and installation stages. Engineers were courteous and helpful during the install and proactive in resolving any issues.
I have used Justice both commercially for work and domestically at home and would recommend them.

If your company acts the same as one of your drivers then justice is the wrong name for your company.
I do have the van details on my dash cam but I'm sure you will know who the driver is on the M6 driving toward Birmingham behind a police escort of a large load.
Not only cut me off but moved from inside lane to outside lane cutting off other vehicles. He had no regard for safety of others.
Once I download the footage I will be sending it to the police.

Thank you John for your response we have looked at our driver's own dash cam footage following your call and interviewed him, from what we can see it is not as clear cut as you have indicated because our driver was also having to deal with a car pushing him over from the left and had to take evasive action. The Police escort was well in front of this incident and had no effect on this at all.

Had CCTV installed. Previously had alarm system with them.
Excellent service from quote through to installation. The guys installing were so polite and friendly. No mess. All cables hidden away out of view. Full training of system
