Unusually large amount of paperwork…
Unusually large amount of paperwork none of which were numbered pages. Very difficult to assemble pages in right order. Could do with a contents page at front as to link numbered pages. Your customer service lady seemed to have trouble understanding that I was unable to
Download part of the information. She kept on repeating I should
“Check the download”. Even when I said I did not know how to do this. After repeating myself several times I asked if she could send me the information. She said yes. Why did I have to suggest this solution and not your member of staff?
I feel quite inadequate and tired looking through all your non user friendly pile of paperwork and would not recommend your company to others

Really good generally
Really good generally I am not sure I really need the accidental personal insurance as I won’t be driving the vehicle much. But this was added on anyway and not really discussed.

Insurance Renewal - 15%+ lower than last year.
Contacted JKI for my renewal and mentioned lower quotes received from other insurers. Not only did JKI better the competitions quotes but got a few extras too. First class service yet again in my fourth year with them. Happy bunny! My agent couldn’t have been more helpful.

Good service finding right plan
I've been with JK insurance(as a broker) for over 10 years. I have always found the Team helpful especially when getting and underwriter that will accept the van being stored in 2 addresses.
