I received good quality retainers, but I’m having issues with them. I’ve contacted JustRetainers multiple times but I haven’t heard from them. Poor communication.

I wish I could give 0 score. I ordered an UPPER retainer and a 3d mold for both UPPER and BOTTOM parts. After waiting 3 months, what I finally received is a bottom retainer which I did not order. I emailed them complaining this is not what I ordered and I want my refund. They are not answering my email anymore. The worst of the worst company ever.

This is a scam. I also had the same situation as others complain about. I sent my impression to JustRetainers. They pretend to make you retainers by interacting with you when you make your impressions. Once they received your impression, they say there is a delay for production due to COVID-19. Then, they pretend to send the item by creating a false shipping label for USPS and never drop off the item at USPS. You try to contact them by emailing then they give you a vague answer saying there must be a glitch on USPS tracking system and the item should have been delivered to you as the label was created. Then, they also say we will make a replacement for you and ship it as a priority mail. If they really created and dropped them at USPS, why would they bother to waste their money to make another item? They are only a scam. I contacted my card company to dispute my transaction. Hopefully, the other victims can dispute their transaction too.

Reordered after losing my retainer. The product is good but the company is terrible. They had to have laid off the entire customer service department at some point. I called during their business hours and it’s just a recording saying to email them. Emailed them twice over 2 weeks and never got a single reply. A joke.

Terrible! It’s been 2 months and still haven’t been shipped, they don’t answer emails or phone calls. I finally reach to my bank to start a dispute. Avoid this company

More than other companies, expect to pay a lot for impressions

I sent my impressions back to them July 2nd and they were received July 3rd per the tracking. I started to reach out July 16, 1st email. I got the generic reply saying my email has been received and that they would follow up in 48 hours. No follow up at all. I called them after the 48 hours, no answer. A prerecorded message says they cant answer and to call again to speak with someone, which doesn't make sense because in the message it says they cant answer. Anyways called several times throughout the day and week and got the same recording. I came to the assumption that I was scammed and the website was just a front to get money from unsuspecting consumers. However after a few days someone finally answered. She told me that the order was ready to be shipped in the next few days and that I would receive a shipping confirmation once they did. Another week passed never got the shipping confirmation. I emailed again, stating I was told that they would ship soon and to provide an update. The next day I get an email that they have shipped. Mind you I never received a reply to my email but Ill take what I can take. I went to go check the shipping and the status is just that the shipping label has been created. Its been like that for the past 5 days. So all in all I have waiting almost and entire month to receive my retainers and who know how much longer. I figure this is a small company with not a lot of resources, but that was one of the reasons I went with them. I wanted to get a more personalized experience and give my money to a small company. I dont know if Ill be doing that again.

The retainers took a while for it to get delivered. Then I got an email saying it is delivered but it's not in my mailbox or anywhere. I tried to call them. They don't answer their phone. I emailed them but I don't know when they'll check their email. I cant get in contact with them. They are terrible at customer service and very very difficult to reach. Don't buy it from there. I am so regretting.

Just retainers is just a money pit. I sent them pictures over and over. Finally just asked for a refund. It's easier to go back to the orthodontist in person. I'm not a professional at making impressions, but these people are rude. Just my opinion, but I used Smile Direct for my daughter and it's been a great experience. They call and text me to see if I have any questions.
Just retainers kept saying my impressions weren't we their instructions. Maybe they weren't but again, I'm not a professional impression taker. All it would have taken for me to be happy was some communication besides their email. If I'm doing it wrong after the 3 submission, maybe I need a little help.

I have ordered two times from JustRetainers. The first time it took much longer than anticipated but ordered from them again because they had our impressions. My hope was that it would go faster because there were less steps that we needed to go through. This second order took over five weeks to actually get the retainers. They indicate on their website that retainers are shipped out in two business weeks. That is not my experience at all. Customer Service is also very slow to respond. In fact I have never gotten a response from my first inquiry. The price is lower but just don't expect fast or great customer service.

I started the process to get my sone one retainer because he broke his from the orthodontist. Ortho wanted almost $400 for replacement. Found Just Retainers online and decided to try it out since it was reasonably priced. We started the process in Sept 2020. Oct 4, 2020 we sent in the impressions. I was told a few week turnaround. I periodically checked in with them on the status. A few times I was told sorry and they would be mailed soon. Finally I was told in early Nov 2020 they would be mailed by the end of the week, which would have been around Nov 6th 2020. My son never received them. I checked mid Nov they said the retainer went out. I let had previously let them know he needed it by Nov 19th because he was coming from college. I was assured it would arrive. My son left school and the retainer never arrived. The retainer arrived Nov 23rd, after I told them he would be gone. The school sent it back to the USPS and they told us they sent it back to Just Retainers. I have been emailing Just Retainers since Dec 6th 2020 and they claim they never got it back in the mail. They have not responded to my requests for a refund. I am extremely frustrated and cannot believe how bad our experience with them has been. I guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

Just found a place that is cheap and is really fast at responding and the molding is easy just make sure to follow directions carefully

Hi my daughter lost her retainers and was so worried about pricing ,but I found Just retainers and they are very affordable and customer service responds very fast ,I'm so glad they have this web site

Horrible customer service. They never respond to emails, phone calls and have been very bad at giving me a reasonable timetable to expect my retainers that I sent out over a month ago....
