We've ordered the express delivery and are still waiting six days later

We've ordered the express delivery for or purchase and it's now six days we have waited, you were recommended so thought we would give you ago and I know it's not a fortune it's just tips which have taken so long I've smoked the smoke I had to try them with as it was Friday they should have been here, and thank you for doubling the order but I'm so disappointed since we expected them to be here when they do get here we won't anything to use with your product... Your sight does look a really good store and I will recommend you as your products are good I'm just sickend how long I've waited if I order something else from your site I will obviously change my opinions and start rating if the product gets delivered when it should .you do have rather good items so will be getting other orders from you either way it was just I was looking forward to recieving the tips and had my smoke but now with it taking so long I've now barely nothing I'm hoping I will still have some when there here ... Your shop is still Great as it could be an unfortunate event that's out of there control. Thanks

Product has not been delivered weeks…

Product has not been delivered weeks after ordering. Royal Mail confirmed delivery by email but still no product. No response from JustSmoke to three emails, around delivery time and requesting a full refund.

I am out of pocket and overall terrible customer experience.

Regarding your order, Royal Mail’s tracking was slightly inaccurate—it shows as delivered, but we can confirm the parcel was actually returned to us and arrived back on Saturday, 19th April.

Inaccurate inventory

I placed an order on their website, it said the transaction was completed, and I got an email about 15 minutes later stating my order was confirmed. Several days late, I get an email saying that the item I ordered is actually out of stock. Not the biggest deal, I know, and everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but that’s just kind of annoying. But I run into that problem quite frequently on a lot of other sites, so it appears to be something that a lot of businesses struggle with.

We do, sometimes run out of stock on certain types of products, unfortunately, no one has ever flagged this annoying little problem before.

I can see how frustrating it must have been to get a confirmation saying your order was ready, only to then be told it was actually out of stock days later. That’s definitely not, the service we want for our customers.

I've flagged this error with our tech team, It seems to be an issue with the triggers & timings of our automated emails.

We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, without honest customer feedback (like your review) it can take a very long time for us to discover automation errors like these.

I would guess, this annoying little error has been ongoing for many years now, and without your feedback, it may have continued for many more years to come...Thank you!!

Don't bother ordering

Don't bother ordering. Order will take over a week to arrive regardless of paying for faster shipping. They will not help when their delivery service fails. And their lovely employee (who apparently doesn't appreciate being called out on their awful behaviour) will email you personally to call you names instead of address the issues raised. Worst shop I've ever ordered from. Thankfully the mug is nice, after 3 hours of chasing it down myself.

Considering your reply, calling your customer "lazy" for your delivery service not actually attempting delivery and then not delivering to the pick up point is hardly appropriate. The only reason I was in contact was because I kept receiving emails to review and informed you I would not because of the above reasons. Also, as per your email, apparently you and your staff enjoyed the interaction.

EDIT: Wow, now you've stooped to flat out lies. As I tried to explain to you politely at first, Royal Mail told me that they attempted delivery twice both times I was home, I had the item redirected for pick up, which Royal Mail failed to deliver to the pick up point twice. I reached out to you for help with Royal Mail as the seller, but clearly you could not comprehend the contents of my email requests. Accept your failure to your customer and improve your service for future customers instead of spending MONTHS focusing on one review. Thankfully the mug is now my favourite and has a great story.

Royal Mail ignored you & you became angry towards us.
We stopped communication with you as you only wanted to argue...Then, when you realised you couldn't get the item for free, you finally stopped acting out & went to collect your item.

In future, please be kinder to people & don't miss your own delivery slots 3 times. Many thanks xx
