Guy was on his own, he worked so hard, but because of short staff I never got my free brake check, he just didn't do it because of the pressure he was under

But I would say, and this is typical of all Tyre places I’ve been to. They do leave the wheels quite dirty it would be just nice if they just run a rag round and clean them.

I needed 2 new tyres
I needed 2 new tyres, ordered and booked a time, when I arrived I had the space saver on as I had gotten a puncture.
When they had finished fitting the tyres they returned the space saver to the boot secured it, do all good.

One person was very unhappy with his…
One person was very unhappy with his work and kept swearing ( not at customer, but can clearly see him and hear him), didn't want to speak to that person, the other one was a lovely person and smiling and pleasure to deal with, would have given 5* had I just met the pleasurable man, just wanted to get out of that place soon. It's the nature of the tire and the difficult in fitting them lose their temper, nothing against the customer.
