Recently bought two new tyres. The guys that were working were really helpful and the tyres were fitted quickly.

I was also experiencing issues with one tyre. They investigated the problem and quickly identified the issue. Offered free and helpful advice on how to fix the problem. Rather than trying to sell me another tyre, they identified the issue and showed me the problem (which was the alloy). They managed to fix it temporarily so I could get the car home and contact alloy repair specialists.

I Definitely will use this company in the future.

booked in fpr 2pm last saturday for wheel balancing and to swap a tyre i had removed from a brand new car which had only done 25 delivery miles.
it was 3pm before i was even seen only for the person at the desk to say the tyre i bought with me was knackered and he wasnt going to install it. and also not doing the wheel balancing on my other wheels. i said the tyre was brand new as it had only just come off a new car that had just been delivered to me, but he didnt even take it out the boot to fully inspect it.. so an hour waisted and i drove to the nearest tyre garage to them and they installed the tyre for me. after i told them what just tyres had said they just laughed and said they get it all the time. saturday was obviously a bad time to visit as they couldnt be bothered to do anything. first and last time visiting them..just glad those employees they dont work for me

Great experience at Just Tyres Huntingdon. The tyres were paid for online and date and location selected. The whole process was smooth and the staff were very friendly and respectful. I will definitely use them again.

Ordered and paid for tyres online, which was quick and easy. Arrived at the branch (Scunthorpe) early, but they accommodated us quickly and efficiently. The staff were excellent and the service was outstanding. On completion, they pointed out a few small defects which would need attending to in the near future. Overall the service, price and staff were excellent. The workshop was clean and tidy as was the service desk and waiting area.
Cannot speak of other branches but the Scunthorpe Branch would take a lot to beat. Highly recommended

They couldn't do enough for me and they torqued my wheels up as opposed to using a hammer gun.

I purchased 4 Michelin tyres from Just Tyres and booked a time for fitting in there Crawley tyre fitting centre. I turned up half an hour before my set time and they told me it would take an hour to fit & balance. 4 hours later I was told the tyres had not turned up, come back tomorrow !! I turned up the next day and it took 3 hours to fit as the tyres would not hold any pressure due to storage at Michelin. I then experienced the tyre pressure warning light kept coming on, once again I returned to have the correct pressures put into the tyres. I started back home(25 mile journey each way) only for the warning light to come on again, I phoned the depot and they said it was the tyre sensors. They did not have any and I was to return to the depot the next day t have them fitted, in fact it took 2 days for them to find & fit them. I was refused any compensation for the 3.5 days and over 100 miles in travel. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE JUST TYRES, appalling service !!

Not heard from Just tyres after attempting to rebook fitting. Paid upfront.

I had a truly despicable experience with Just Tyres in Woodley. Their ability to provide any professional tyre service is non-existent.

I purchased 4 brand new tyres for £750, and none of them were balanced at all with any weights. I could feel a slight vibration in my steering wheel while driving.

Concerned, I took my vehicle to Halfords and had each of the 4 wheels individually balanced. Every single tyre was off by multiple milligrams in the 10s, one was by 70grams. Even more shockingly, the technicians at Halfords confirmed that no new balancing weights had been fitted—all the old weights were simply left on. Visual and photos were taken and recorded as evidence.

This is absolutely abhorrent and unprofessional behaviour for a company working on behalf of BlackCircle with absolutely no regard for any form of customer service or even self responsibility and respectability. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this garage and take their business elsewhere.

Day after having tyres gotten noticed a substantial dent in driver’s door. Wasn’t there the day prior as car was washed and polished. Obviously impossible to prove but struggle to see where else it could have occurred.
