Just Tyres - Crawley Avis 425

Very disappointed with both the service and the way my complaint was handled. They admitted fitting the wrong tyre to my car—a serious safety issue that should never have happened—but then tried to blame their supplier instead of accepting full responsibility. We endured multiple wasted journeys, lost working time, additional fuel costs, and poor communication, all because of their mistakes. Their solution? A £50 voucher that can only be spent with them again. After such a serious error, I expected them to take proper responsibility and offer fair compensation. Instead, their response has left me with even less confidence in their commitment to customer safety and service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using their services.

Booked appointment to have to rear tyres fitted at Crawley. Arrived at the depot at 17.30 for the slot booked and was asked too bring the car into the fitting bay straight away with no delay. Tyres fitted and back on the road within 15 minutes. All staff very friendly and helpful. Great service and would recommend Just Tyres Crawley to anybody.

They fitted 4 tyres to the car and damaged two of the wheels. Despite photographic evidence, they refuse to accept liability and say it is pothole damage (difficult as I took photos 11 minutes before they got the car and then when I got the car back but before getting in!) And of course, they promised to call but haven't despite me chasing them! Avoid at all costs!

Booked in for 2:00 pm to have four new tyres fitted. At 2:45 pm, my car was still in the car park, and the job was not completed until 4:30 pm.
I was charged extra for a damaged valve, which I believe may have been caused by inexperienced staff. I also noticed that the valve caps were missing and that my alloy wheels had been damaged.
Unfortunately, I have no proof, as I did not take any photos before or after the work was carried out. However, I was not expecting anything like this.
I have used this service many times before and have never had any problems. I would always have given a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing

My appointment was for 4.30pm. I was kept waiting nearly an hour. I had previously telephoned to say that I could not manage to book front wheel tracking online. I was assured that it could be done with the 25% discount when my tyres were fitted. When the tyres were eventually fitted, the manager (Leon King?) said that I would have to book for another day. I have tried to book online. Your system asks for me to purchase more tyres. I asked for the rear tyres to be fitted to the front. Two wheels were off anyway. He refused to waive a £20 charge. Costco do this as standard and are cheaper. One of the reasons I came to you was to get the tracking aligned when the tyres were fitted. His attitude from the moment I arrived was passive aggressive and rude. There was another customer that arrived at 4.15pm that was also really not impressed with his attitude. He was still waiting for the work to be completed when I left an hour and a half later.

Booked appointment, changed two back tyres , staff very helpful , especially the man in the reception area.
Everything seemed fine until I had driven away and was on motorway when the cars tyre warning signal came on. Turns out one tyre had been inflated to 36psi and set off warning. Slightly worrying , not knowing if a tyre was about to fail

Helpfull and polite staff provided a speedy service.

I had very good experience in this shop Just Tyres.
They work very well and always when I need change my tyres, I go there.

The appointment time wasn't kept to as I had to wait 45 minutes over my time, also a person brought a loose wheel whil I was waiting and they had this done with out appointment and queue jumping. They were polite but didn't explain I was going to have to wait 45 minutes extra over my appointment time .
