Two tyres and tracking 2 hours 40mins. Then lost a hub cap on drive home and the steering wheel was not straight after tracking . Friendly staff but they were busy. Did have to return to get tracking done again which was no problem and done with out fuss

I visited Just Tyres St Neots branch on 22 June first time. I had a tyre puncture and needed an immediate replacement to make my next appointment to fit tyres elsewhere. I offered proof that I had booked to fit the remaining tyres at another garage yet they still refused to touch my car unless I bought a full set from them on the spot, requested their consultants online for assistance since I had proof that I am replacing the tyres elsewhere but still St. Neots branch refused to help me. Their exactly words “We are not touching your car unless you fitting all the tyres”. When I asked them to just fit one tyre they declined. Their response was to go to my other appointment first and come back completely ignoring that I had a puncture and could not safely do that. No alternatives, no flexibility, no compassion. Just a flat refusal leaving a customer stranded with a punctured tyre.On the 23rd I returned the staff was disappointed to see me, asking me all sort of questions if I had fitted the other Tyres elsewhere before they can help me and later when they saw I did they fitted the Tyre which was not suppose to be a long hustle even with proof on the table. People enter emergency even on the day of car service but other companies gladly help and not take of advantage. This is not customer service. I would strongly urge anyone to think twice before relying on Just Tyres in an emergency.

Avoid at all costs… took 2 hours to fit four tyres .. broke a valve in the process .. wheel alignment was completely out despite paying them to align .. steering wheel pointed 10 degree off with road wheel pointing the other direction .. oil marks left on the interior of the car .. which was previously immaculate.. and dangerously over torqued wheel nuts applied with an impact driver .. been at my regular mechanic the day after and they are unable to remove them without damage and bolts are over stretched… called the head office resolve and no one other than a receptionist available to take my call .. complaints department didn’t pick up and area manager doesn’t answer .. clearly too busy with other complaints.. Will be taking civil action to recover costs of remedial work .. warning others to avoid.

Was told they were running an hour behind when I arrived for my appointment. Once they realised I was going to have to sit and wait, they moved my car to the front of the queue so was in and out within 30 mins

I found the service there was really good, I found there budget tyres which I had fitted to be a very good price, and they were fitted fairly quick too.

Great customer service, Saturday appointment as booked with attention to detail.

Although they were busy, the fitters did a good job. The TPMS valve leaked a bit the following week, but they changed it for free with no hassle.

Ordering OK. Staff at fitting centre excelent but booking system a joke. Selected 2pm fitting appointment but on arrival at fitting station I was dumbfounded to discover that I was in a queu along with a number of other customers. There is no point in having a timed appointment if you cannot or do not want to deliver. A timed appointment is a timed appointment!!!!

Incredibly rude staff that dmanaged my alloys and sold me tyres I didn’t even need, and charged me more than I should have been charged. Customer services (if you can call them that!) will just ignore you. Avoid, go somewhere else.

Great value service.

I had three paid for two new tyres. I was informed that I needed all four of my tyres doing I was aware the following week once getting paid I was going to get another two more tyres but they would not fit any tires unless I had all four done there and then.
It’s meant to be their company policy they cannot let someone go unless all the tyres are legal even though I was only booked in for the two tyres I can afford? Quite pressurised and not very well informed about such terms and conditions.

Terrible service and incredibly rude staff. Customer services are non existent too. I got overcharged for x2 tyres and even paid someone else’s invoice. Lots of marks and scuffs on my alloys now too, as well as internal parts missing from my car. I used to recommend this place but not anymore. Spare yourself the stress.
