Still have not received my order
Still have not received my order, been over 7 days.I will never order from here again.Love the product but will not order from here anymore.I will purchase from somewhere else on amazon.Never had this problem when I ordered this from Amazon, only when I ordered directly from K9 company.

Hi Ray, Apologies for your delayed order. Yes, Amazon is the fastest method for our smaller size icing and frosting, especially if ordering around on a weekend or Federal Holiday. Looking at your order it was processed and sent to USPS the day it was ordered but sat at the Atlanta USPS and then continued its journey on the Tuesday after Memorial Day weekend, which is why it was slower than usual. USPS is the best value when ordering directly from our site but for quicker delivery and larger orders we always recommend UPS. Thanks for you business and glad you like the product - we will continue to work on solutions to expedite shipping via USPS and other providers.
Edible Markers
I was really expecting low quality markers for the price I paid ! Boy was I presently surprised at how well they handled and how smooth they were ! Thank you , I will be ordering more in the future ❣️
