Anyone know what has happened to this company , in the past I have ordered two bed from them and spare covers and not had any issues with delivery times .I would like to order more covers but seems like they have closed down ,anybody know what happened,are they trading under different name ?

I have spent £128 on a dog bed ordered on 27th May and have chased numerous times as it hasn’t been delivered. The website is no longer available. I’m without any product and down £128. Awful company do not deal with them
Don't waste you're money
My son ordered a replacement bed cover a number of weeks ago. No replacement has been sent out and no update from the company at all.
Horrendous experience
Exact same experience of previous reviews. Extremely poor communication and no customer service. Placed an order for a dog bed cover and received no communication from them. When my husband pretended to contact them to query throw products - josh bird responded straight away so blatantly ignoring customers emails.
Josh reassured us that the order would be arriving the following week but again no product appeared. After having numerous emails ignored I contacted my bank to dispute the payment. The Bank granted me a temporary chargeback but today I have received a message to say that K9 beds are challenging my claim. The actual audacity of these people. I paid for goods and never received these- I am entitled to have my money back when you have ignored requests for a refund.
Do not order
I stupidly ordered without checking trust pilot first. Order never arrived and no reply to emails. Thankfully by bank sorted out a chargeback for me so I’m not out of pocket. Don’t order from this company. I have reported them to FB

I would rate this company zero if it was an option, unfortunately I along with a lot of people have been scammed by this company I made a purchase in March and did not receive the item I have sent numerous emails and messages with no response
I left a public message on their FB site this evening which was removed almost immediately and now I have been blocked

Deeply disappointed ordered a second jumbo bed on 5th April 2025, not cheap.After an excessive few weeks waiting emailed .Very poor customer services fobbed off its at the depot etc, etc Numerous excuses No, not as per tracking but sending out a pic of what was supposed to be my style ordered via email asking "How was ur order? Sure you are aware I havent received my order .Sadly after several false information email reply it arrived.However, the material was not the colour,texture or style I ordered and the armchair style sofa left hand side was not holding its shape or position on the bed. Fed up emailing Josh Bird and the K9 beds team to receive absolutely no reply, explanation and now blocked on fb messenger. .Website queries not answered either nor DM to fb page. Not good enough you were quick to process the order payment.Avoid this company at all costs unless you want scammed.The mobile number eventually located on Instagram of 07540004818 goes straight too answer phone. And it would appear that Josh has now resigned as Director but his parents are still listed.Do the right thing K9 beds and refund your shoddy work as under the Trades description Act your item is not fit for purpose and leave me no option but too pursue a refund under Trading Standards

No correspondence when order was placed and slow to despatch. Customer services is horrendous and no replies . The bed even though it’s supposed to be memory foam, never bounces back and I could’ve bought the same quality or better from elsewhere , for half the price . Again no response from my concerns !! Wouldn’t even give them one star what a rip off

It appears my review has been deleted for some reason so here we go again.
I first purchased a bed in 2021 and had no issues, bed was great. Fast forward to 2024 and I was washing my cover and discovered mould all over the foam, I emailed them but never had a reply and being in a rush to replace my dogs bed and having had such a good product I didn’t hesitate. I ordered the replacement foam. It arrived and within 2 months I noticed flat spots, I reached out but no reply, I commented on one of their fb posts and they asked me to send photos to their email which I did and they said they’d forward them to their foam supplier, I then asked for an update a couple of weeks later, no reply, I again commented on one of their posts, it was removed. I messaged and got no reply. I left them a 1* review on website and it was removed, then I got blocked on fb when I asked for a refund.
I have since reported to action fraud, shopify and trading standards. Avoid at all costs. Total scam and you won’t get the product they’re advertising. It will appear to be good when you first get it but within a couple of months you’ll see it start to fail. The waterproof covers are not waterproof hence why we had mould which is highly toxic to dogs.

Waiting for my item for 5 months
I ordered a spare putter cover for a bed that my dog has had for a couple of years. The products themselves are great but my order was placed in January. After hearing nothing for weeks I emailed to be told they are on back order and would be shipped a few weeks later. I received a dispatch notification in March but I have till not received my item. I have had no responses for my update requests

I really do not like leaving negative reviews but it's only fair that people know that they won't receive any goods after purchasing!
I purchased a Jumbo bed on 16th April and it's been nearly 7 weeks and I haven't received it. I contacted them on 28th April just enquiring when I would expect to receive it and had a reply from Josh saying I should expect it latest the following week. Obviously nothing arrived so I emailed again and have had radio silence. I'm £95 down and a St Bernard with nothing to sleep on!
If I was given a truthful date of delivery (even if it is a long lead time) I honestly wouldn't mind but to be blatantly lied to is frustrating and annoying.
Shame as the beds look really good but now have to make a claim though my credit card to try and get my money back!

They haven’t claimed that profile as it’s in a worse position than this one. They blackmail customers to remove reviews and withhold refunds and orders until reviews have been changed or removed. Reported to action fraud and trading standards.

BEWARE …
This is an update on a review I have already left.
I made a charge back via my bank for the Two Brown replacement covers I ordered early March that I’ve never received.
I have since been informed that K9 Beds have tried to take the disputed payment from my account AGAIN.
Please be vigilant with this company.
Joshua Bird is still actively working ( suppose to have resigned ) on 17th March .
The only way to see the true colours is by the number of angry faces next to the posts as all the negatives get deleted .
All the relevant authorities are on to him now ,

I ordered replacement covers on the 31st of March I had no tracking info. I’ve emailed 5 times and had no response. I’ve messaged on Facebook and insta. I left comments on photos which have now been deleted! I’ve ordered a bed and covers previously and had no problems? This however is ridiculous! I’ve reported for a refund!!

K9 Comfort is the same idiot Joshua Bird at K9 Beds. Please save yourself the months of drama with this idiot, and do not order anything!! K9 comfort no longer exists.
He has removed himself as director of the company and left mummy & daddy listed. However he is still very much active; blocking everyone who emails or messages to ask questions/complain etc. say anything less than a glowing 5 star review & hell block you on all socials too.
He is an absolute crook.
There are now hundreds of complaints to Action fraud, his local council, watchdog, various banks and on every platform we can find.
Josh already has a trust pilot ‘issue’, after trying to bribe people into removing their bad reviews!
They will ignore your emails. So far I think 30 of mine regarding an order placed in January that still hasn’t been received.
He has now been reported to the police after I received a phone call from a withheld number, and a drunk sounding male telling me “fck your dog bed. You’re not getting a refund” and hung up. I can only presume it would be Joshua or Lee.
Please don’t waste your time and money with these people.
