Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise people not to book with K9 Jets or give them your money.

My flight was cancelled on the 3rd April due to the war, a review was scheduled for the 10th, then again on the 24th - which is unnecessary due to the current circumstance other flights are taking place, but I discovered they fly under European aviation insurance - cool… they offered a refund or to keep my money in escrow until there’s an available flight  I asked for a full refund due to finding alternative travel. I received a prompt response, then after that nothing! No response, no replies, no updates. NOTHING  

I’ve been having to chase this refund from them for over a week and the entire process has been so stressful and completely unacceptable. Communication has been below poor throughout! No updates have been given and I have constantly had to chase them myself just to get basic and practically no information because they say they’ve put a call back request which I never get!!!

After calling and emailing multiple times , I was eventually told there had been internal confusion with the escrow team. However, instead of simply contacting me directly to clarify this nothing was done and I was just left waiting even longer with no explanation. That delay was entirely and completely avoidable. Then again after this explanation, nothing has come of it and I’m still left chasing for an update on what’s happening?

I was then told that the matter had been forwarded to the escrow team and that I would receive an email confirming the refund had been processed... That email never arrived. Despite repeated contact, I have still been left without proper confirmation, still no refund and without any real sense of urgency from this company.

This has had a serious impact because this refund was needed in order to secure an alternative flight. Their delays and lack of action have caused unnecessary stress and disruption at an already very difficult time.

In my opinion the level of service, communication, transparency and care I have received has been extremely poor and no one seems to have a clue what’s they’re doing in the company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend K9 Jets to anyone and I would strongly suggest to think very carefully before booking with them knowing you money is not safe nor is the quality of customer care you’ll receive. Their social media looks great, but what glitters isn’t gold. The company is ran by a bunch of morons. 

As I'm sure many people reading this already understand, the prospect of moving pets internationally can be daunting, verging on terrifying! When you start investigating what it takes to successfully bring your canine or feline family member to a new country, you wonder how you will get everything together in time, let alone how you will be able to minimize the stress and maximize the safety for your pet. Just finding out about K9Jets is a beacon of hope -- maybe there is a way to do this after all!

Of course reading about a service on a website is very different from first-hand experience, and these days it's hard to know what you can trust online -- is this too good to be true? I'm here to tell you that K9Jets lived up to everything they promised and more.

From the first interactions in email, through the timely updates, pre-flight briefings and paperwork checks, to the check-in at Teterboro and flight across the Atlantic, to landing in Dublin with the arrival team shepherding us through Irish immigration and Agriculture, everything went as planned. We were initially so nervous about flying our two beloved cats Ned and Frances from NJ to Dublin, and all of that melted away as each milestone in the process passed. And for the human passenger, the experience of flying private is just as fun and exciting as you would imagine -- something to remember long after it's over.

Now, just a few days after our experience, we are all together in our new home, and our cats have adjusted marvelously. We attribute much of that to the low-stress experience that K9Jets delivered. Thanks Adam and team for creating this service and helping us achieve what felt impossible just 5 months ago!

In addition to K9Jets, I also highly recommend using Pawsitive Pet Health Certificates (PPHC), who partner with K9Jets and your veterinarian to manage the required paperwork and health checks. Yes, it is possible to DIY, but it is critical that everything is completed and timed perfectly, and having this team behind you ensures that there will be no surprises on the day of your flight.

So, as you investigate your options and make your plans, just know that K9Jets is definitely for real, and you can count on them to get you and your pet safely and yes, even enjoyably, wherever you need to go.

Smooth, Comfortable Pet Charter from London to New Jersey

I recently flew my pet from London to New Jersey and was very impressed. The staff was professional and genuinely helpful from check-in onward. The pilots were kind and down-to-earth while also inspiring confidence. At the terminal everything was clearly explained, and I never felt uncertain about the process or next steps.

Food and drinks were fantastic, and the flight attendant was very helpful and kind to all of the dogs on board. Having a little extra space (about 8 of the 10 seats were occupied) was really nice—especially since my dog and my neighbor’s dog are larger breeds. Overall, things were comfortable for both me and my dog.

When immigrating to another country, it is very important to have reliability along the way. Although K9 Jets had to reschedule us for 12 hours later, the reliability factor continued to help us realize our dreams of living in Sardinia. Staff were professional, friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was superb, the service impeccable!

Booked 2 seats and 1 dog a couple of weeks before the flight. Customer service was non-existent. Flight was exceedingly uncomfortably due to no climate control. Everyone was sweating, dogs panting. one of the pilots was called back to try to fix it, but he could not do anything.
Absolutely, I'd rather fly commercial with no dogs than this service with a dog.

We relocated to the US and didn’t want to have our dog Bagel going cargo.
The full experience was great, we waited a bit in Paris due to issue with the gas truck but the personal kept us updated apologizing and finding solutions.
The flight itself was great the dogs were chilling we cleared customs in Ireland which was easy and fast.
The service on board was amazing and the dogs got along.

I can travel with my dogs in the cabin - on my seat. That in and of itself is brilliant. Customer care from the departure to landing is 5-star. Few people, smooth flights, seamless journeys. I’m a repeat customer and absolutely love this option.

Taking our four rescues, including a blind and deaf dog, and two cruelty cases, from the U.S. to the U.K., was a rather daunting proposition to say the very least. K-9 Jets provided a flawless--and I literally mean flawless--service. If I were asked to suggest one thing for them to improve the service, I would be unable to identify that one thing. *Everyone* we dealt with, from the owner of the service to the person who reviewed our documentation to the flight attendant who looked after us on board, were absolutely magnificent. And the expense is not substantially greater than taking a conventional flight and placing your animals in the hold, which can be very dangerous and is always traumatic for the animal. K-9 Jets is a wonderful service.

Incredible experience and worth every penny! Had to fly my golden retriever back from Germany and I didn’t want to put him back under the belly of the plane. K9 jets made the process so easy and stress free! The plane was beautiful and the pilots and flight attendants were incredible! All of us made instant friends on the plane. I missed the video meet and greet so Adam was kind enough to call me and answer any of my questions. Hands down of the best experiences in travel in my life. Getting your dog home safely after traveling over 4000
miles was worth every penny!

Adam and company took care of my border collie and me from my hotel in Dublin to my hotel in Teterboro. I sometimes worried when K9 didn't respond quickly but it was all for 'naught because despite all the balls Adam is juggling, if he tells you something, it will be done. A shout out to Heather, who kept our full flight a smooth experience. And thanks to Teterboro staff for getting us to our hotel.

We had a wonderful and safe relocation from UK (we actually flew out of Frankfurt, as London was fully booked) to the US with our 2 Newfoundlands Ella and Esther. The service was amazing, and the owner of K9 Jets actually supports in their customer service - so you can rest assure that everything is managed top notch!

I had quite a bit of high value luggage and two shiba inus to get from London to the US safely. The entire experience with k9 jets was amazing. It is only because of them that I was able to return back to the US with my most precious items. They run a very personalized service and I would not do it any other way.

We recently flew our two Staffies from London to Dubai with K9 Jets and honestly, the whole experience was incredible from start to finish. We were naturally quite anxious about flying with our dogs, and having them in the cabin with us was the only option we felt comfortable with so finding K9 Jets was such a relief.

From the moment we checked in, everything was smooth and completely stress free. The team were so welcoming and reassuring, which immediately put us at ease. The service on board was fantastic, the food was great, and the whole journey felt calm, comfortable and genuinely luxurious.

When we landed in Dubai, the arrival process was just as seamless and stress-free, which was the perfect end to an already brilliant experience.

We couldn’t recommend K9 Jets more highly and will absolutely be using them again when we fly back from Dubai.

I am so grateful for K9 jets! I was so worried that moving from CA to NYC with 3 dogs would be a stressful nightmare, but K9 jets made it anything but that.

Prior to booking, they were very responsive to a few initial questions. And then, from booking to feet on the ground, it was smooth sailing - for me and all the dogs!

It was a truly luxurious experience and totally worth the cost. K9 jets is so much more than just transport for large (and small) dogs in cabin. Humans and pups are pampered and well taken care of the entire time.

The process and staff were great and very helpful from start to finish. Check in was easy; was great getting dogs socialized before the flight. The flight was comfy, and in air service was great. Customs and immigration was a breeze. We met the Captain, he was very friendly. You can tell everyone involved in the company cares about pets. Would definitely use them again, and highly recommend for anyone needing to bring in pets to the UK.

The service received on the day was 10/10 - calm, stress free and the flight itself was absolutely fabulous ! I would never travel with my beloved Doberman any other way and highly recommend K9 Jets.

We've now flown a half dozen times on K-9 jets and I highly recommend them. Everyone is highly professional and they come through with what they promise.

"Jetting across the pond on a Gulfstream" sounds very glamorous. In fact, with a relatively small plane filled with dogs, cats and owners, it is not. But what it lacks in jet-set dreams (George and Amal were NOT on the plane), it more than makes up for by being safe, dependable and reliable.

January 29 Flight (Teterboro, NJ → Lisbon) My husband Alex recently flew with our 4‑year‑old Weimaraner, Umka, on a K9Jets flight from Teterboro on January 29, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. K9Jets was incredibly responsive and flexible throughout the entire process, making what could have been a stressful trip with a large dog feel simple and comfortable. Communication was smooth, clear, and always reassuring. The flight itself was pleasant and well‑organized. The food and snacks were plentiful and served throughout the journey, which made the experience feel very cared‑for. The plane was clean, warm, and comfortable, and the Wi‑Fi worked reliably the entire flight — a small detail that made a big difference. A special thank‑you to the flight attendant, who was wonderfully attentive, kind, and professional. She made sure both Alex and Umka were comfortable at every step, and we truly appreciated her excellent service. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our K9Jets experience. Traveling with a dog this size is never easy, but K9Jets made it feel effortless. We highly recommend their service and look forward to flying with them again

I had a great experience traveling with K9 from the US to London and then from London to Dubai. My dog was very comfortable throughout and slept for most of the flight, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.

The booking process was smooth, and Emma made sure everything was handled clearly and efficiently. The entire staff was friendly and supportive, and I especially want to recognize the London to Dubai leg — they were excellent.
