Wish I found these reviews first! The ones on the website are fake. Package said it had been delivered- nothing arrived, emailed - no response. Started claim through credit card, they responded and refunded the same day. Shocking to think what would have happened if I hadn’t put claim in. Don’t waste your time!

Also gut. die untere Abteilung gehört den Kunden , die viel Geld für teure Marken ausgeben möchten .Aber jeder Mensch der reinkommt sollte freundlich begrüßt werden u. nicht vorm geistigen Auge schon abgestempelt werden , wobei natürlich viele Kunden a;la Coleur" dieses Kaufhaus aufsuchen, u. die Verkäufer schon im Vorfeld checken.

Ganz anders die 2. Etage .Hier habe ich einen tollen Jeansjumpsuit von Liu Jo , u. ebenfalls 2 andere Oberteile anderer Marken gekauft.
Hier wurde ich überall freundlich beraten, sogar der Herr an der Kasse fragte mich : Wie geht es Ihnen ? Das hab ich ja noch nie erlebt. Leider war die Zeit zu knapp für die oberen Etagen die nur mein Mann gesehen hatte u. begeistert war.
Für mich 5 Sterne !!!!!

I bought a bag by credit card on the 5th July. I sent numerous emails to them as it took over a month for the bag to arrive. I contacted them today to ask where my bag was and sure enough it said on the tracking information it was delivered at 16.38. I emailed them at 14.45! I have had no response. I got in touch with Royal Mail near me and they had no tracking information for the number I gave them and have asked my neighbours both sides and no luck. I feel really stupid that I could have been scammed in this way and I’m only glad I bought one item. Please do not buy from here. You will wait an eternity for a product that will never materialise. I don’t know how they get away with it.

It may looking a genuine cheap bag site but trust the reviews
, they had been updating fake tracking for over a month ,.said it was at my local sorting centre. Has Been out for delivery for two days! And today i went to check and they have deleted my account hahahaha. I recommend starting.a charge-back immediately . They are literally just stealing. I have not seen a single person receive a bag from this company, and i searched the web. Fake customer service emails and no contact Information. If your still not sure, try sending an email before you buy. You will get nothing back. Terrible people. Thiefs are amongst the lowest type of humans. Also report the site to action fraud uk
We need it taken down to help these young girls who dont know better. They made the site look so genuine its sick.

I would like to know why you guys think it’s okay to steal money from people. You guys should be ashamed of the shit you put people through. I have waited over 45 days for my parcel to arrive to only say “delivered” with no proof of delivery! Or even seeing the parcel in flesh. I don’t know why you think it’s okay !!!!
I have sent of 16 emails, to the customer service and yet I’ve received not a single reply bag! I want my god damn refund back this is a joke!

Ho ordinato più di un mese fa risposta il pacco risulta consegnato non è mai arrivato nulla e il tracciamento se ne lava le mani e sono spariti non rispondono alle mail non è mai esistita una consegna mi hanno rubato i soldi è una truffa nn comprate. Ho fatto regolare denuncia.

Don’t buy bags from KaDeWe online shop!!!!!!!
For my Order 139100-1013619 I was waiting more than one month without any information. Tracking number says it was delivered successfully, but I didn’t receive anything at all!!!!
I wrote several emails, but ZERO, no order, no response, no refund!!!

Eine sehr nette Umgebung aber auch ein Hauch vom Dekadenten und Klassenunterschied.

Auf der Suche nach einer passenden Kaffeemaschine hat mich Herr Stephan bestens beraten.

Ich habe vor ca 4 Wochen die Geschäftsleitung per Mail mit Nachweisen informiert, dass der Name KaDeWe für eine internationale Betrugsplattform zweckentfremdet wird.
Das KaDeWe hat null darauf reagiert , obwohl es bewiesen ist dass viele Personen um viel Geld von dieser Betrugsplattform abgezockt wurden und noch werden!!!

Dass ich null Antwort vom KaDeWe erhalte macht mich sehr konfus und ich hoffe nicht, dass das KaDeWe Betrug ev. Noch unterstützt!

Alle alten Treffpunkte sind weg. Warum wird so viel Geld ausgegeben um etwas zu verschlechtern. Alles auf Masse, nicht auf Klasse verändert. Will man dort wirklich schlendern, träumen und dann was kaufen? Ich nicht mehr.

Der 4.Advent im KaDeWe war grandios, Livemusik in der 6.Etage, gute Stimmung!
Das Publikum war durchweg bestens gelaunt, das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich!!
Frohe Weihnachten und alles Gute im Aufwärts-Trend es KaDeWes!
