I spent some time reviewing the methodology and historical performance before jumping in. So far, the live trades are following the expected strategy really well. It captures good upside when the market trends, but cuts risk quickly when things turn. Having full transparency and keeping everything in my own brokerage account was the main factor for me. Very satisfied with how systematic this is.

I track everything. Since adding Kairos the overall portfolio Sharpe improved, max drawdown on that sleeve stayed reasonable, and absolute returns have been excellent relative to the Nasdaq exposure it takes. The regime switching is the real edge. It keeps the leveraged portion from grinding lower in the wrong environments. Transparent, rules-based, and it has performed. I'm increasing size.

We want aggressive long-term growth for the kids' accounts but can't stomach big drawdowns. Live results have been excellent relative to both SPY and pure leveraged buy-and-hold. Clean execution inside my own accounts. Will keep and likely expand the allocation.

The common thread became obvious pretty quickly: remove discretion, define the rules before you need them, automate the execution, and build risk management into the strategy rather than relying on yourself to make the right decision during a crisis.

Kairos is the most aggressive expression of that philosophy that I’ve seen from him. When the environment supports risk, it takes meaningful Nasdaq exposure. When the data deteriorates, it has predefined mechanisms to protect capital rather than hoping the market comes back.

Everything happens automatically in my own brokerage account, which was also important to me.

I don't expect Kairos to predict every correction or outperform every year. What I wanted was a systematic way to pursue outsized growth without trusting myself to make perfectly rational decisions when markets get ugly.
