Just poor on the delivery front
Just poor on the delivery front. One order placed...no delivery and a refund had to be given. I gave KAL a 2nd go for 3 items. 1 went out of stock, one delivered and another gone missing. I guess these issues since December haven't been resolved.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience, both before and after purchase - I had a few questions which were answered through social media page, after I bought this I had a few questions which were answered with tips and benefits of the tub itsself and then I went and lost the lid. Kal Recovery fixed me up as soon as they could 👌 10/10 highly recommend

It took over 2 weeks to arrive when they said next day delivery. I was also offered a massage ball as a good will jester Whitchurch never arrived

Impressive customer service!
I ordered one of the pods but unfortunately it didn’t stay inflated. I emailed to the group about it and one of your reps emailed me straight away to say that they are sending me a replacement and just to keep the original. I was really impressed by the fantastic customer service - plus I can’t wait to try it as I am “sea dipping” at the moment and really want my very own pod- wish me luck - oh and thank you I have told many friends and family about this service - thank you

I had to wait a little while to receive…
I had to wait a little while to receive my order due to stocking issues, which was unfortunate. However, the constant updates and communication were timely and accurate which avoided the need to chase up the order. When the product arrived all was in order and happy with the purchase. Would recommend.
