Super fast delivery and excellent customer service! I ordered two items, which arrived really quickly and exactly as expected. I also accidentally ordered an extra product by mistake, so I emailed them and received a response within the hour. They cancelled the mistaken order straight away and issued a refund with no hassle at all. Really impressed with both the speedy delivery and how quickly they sorted everything out. Highly recommend

Excellent service from Kamado Kings
Excellent service from Kamado Kings. We visited their store in Peterborough and they were very helpful and knowledgable. When I decided which grill I wanted I emailed to ask if I could have delivery on a specific day and they gave me instructions on how to place my order. I got a text with the expected delivery window on the morning of the deliver date. The delivery driver waited to enable me to inspect the contents before leaving.

Wedding Present!
From your service I asked for it to come on a specific date to the use they have had out of it - perfect. This was a wedding gift to my Niece and husband. It was set up as soon as it arrived and we had an amazing BBQ the next day ( that was after breakfast also being cooked on it) They will have years ahead of use!

Egg gasket, perfect replacement!
The order process was simple and the product arrived on time.
The product itself was very easy to install, and did a better job than the original felt type gasket. Hopefully this one will last longer too!

This by far was THE BEST company
This by far was THE BEST claim experience ever I had!!! Team is so professional and so fast to respond!! I definitely dealt with lots of issues elsewhere but Kamado kings is the best!!! So as the product!!! Been using it for nearly 10 years and don’t have any issues or problems!!! Really recommend getting it as customer service and support does amazing job solving problems and really fast
