The BBQ works well
The BBQ works well; shipping and communication could have been better, i.e., morning or afternoon delivery. When the BBQ arrived, it appeared damaged with black marks on the outer shell, which I'm informed won't affect cooking, but still, don't expect it to arrive damaged.

Would not replace a scratched part and said it was done during assembly,disgusting when the scratched piece is probably worth about £2!!!!

If possible, please send us proof that the part arrived in this condition, along with any photos, so we can assess whether the damage occurred in transit. If this is the case, we will of course be happy to arrange a replacement.

Excellent product and customer service
Excellent communication throughout the buying process. The grill was delivered earlier than expected and was extremely well packaged. Assembly and setup also well explained in accompanying documents as well as the company’s portal.
