Scam. They refuse to give me the return address and instead want to give me 40% back on my card. I declined and said I would prefer to return for a complete refund. They are no longer responding to my email. Completely misrepresented return policy. Scam.

Edited to say they refunded me 60% on my card, no offer to return merchandise for full refund.

Sent 2 pairs of shorts, both different sizes and both way too small. No tags. Bags looked like they'd been reused many times.

Completely ignored requests for a refund. Not Evan a reply. Nothing.

Scumbag company.

On their website it says:
"Free & Easy Returns" and "we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package".
Both of these claims are bullsh!t. They have refused me a refund and say that I have to pay the return shipping. This is a breach of my consumer rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015). This is a SCAM. Avoid these shysters!

The material is decent and the fit is alright, but nothing really stood out. Good enough for casual outdoor use, but I’ve had better.

Well, caveat emptor: "Let the buyer beware".
It is unfortunate that patrons and consumers alike have to incur poor responses to refund policy's as stated. To think that I had thought these shorts were going to be the right size. I was sent a labeled 3xl and this they would only have fit a teenager. If a ZERO STAR were available they would earn that bottom of the barrel placard.

Wish that I had read these reviews BEFORE I purchased two pairs of shorts!!!

Like other people mentioned on this review site, I received an order that was damaged and the wrong size! The one damaged pair has a main front pocket with the zipper half sewn shut (and if I cut it open, the zipper will fall off) the other pair were medium shorts in a extra large package. Tried to send them back for replacement, but they insisted that I pay an additional 30% ($20.00). When I refused to pay more, they said that “if I would accept it “ they would refund me 15%. I told them no and that I would let American Express refund my money for me.

And they did.

Buy from anyone else!

I've gotten in touch with them. I went by their size guide which was wrong. They were too small. Now they say want me to pay something to send them back. And I said no Send me the bigger pair and send me the barcode to send it back. And they have not set my other pair out. I paid $48.89 for 1 pair of Shorts.
Now they're playing games with me. I just Email them asking if they were gonna send another pair and asked what they were going to do

They are not a US company as they claim. The goods (2 pair of shorts) came from China. They are 2 different sizes, neither of them my size. One pair was the wrong colour. The package had a return address on it. It’s an undeliverable P.o. box? I have e mailed them but don’t expect to get a reply. They are all over facebook. DO NOT TRUST!

UPDATE: They have responded to my mail, offering to exchange if I pay to return them. Obviously I declined the offer.
Update 2. Now they are playing ping-pong offering me 15%,20%, & now 25% because I have refused to post them back at my own expense.
