This place sucks I bought a t shirt Haven't received it it's been over two weeks not even a tracking number they took it out of my card and the email is fake

No one must trade with this company, they are probably a scam company. I placed an order which was fully paid for, 5 weeks on I am still waiting to receive the order despite many contacts with them.

Ordered last penny coin, took over a month to get them and they were NOT as advertised at all. Piece of silver metal with a sticker on both sides. Contacted company and they offered me a 20% refund told them I would be returning them for refund and they said I would be responsible for shipping back and offered me a 40% refund instead. They are a complete SCAM!!!

Complete scam, really wish I'd checked the reviews first because I received exactly what everyone else got which is an item of appalling quality that bares no resemblance to the advertised items and that I'm too embarrassed to gift to anyone and will be binning them. Lesson learned, research everything before purchasing.

Shocking! Ordered socks 8 weeks chased them up came back with a load of b@kox, no tracking for first order said they’d ship again nothing has arrived! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

This is a drop shipping company also have the same website trading as Kandiana.uk - they do not have the products. Means they have no inventory and cannot reliably get the goods to you. They have an illegal cancellation policy for orders and returns are at your expense to china.

This Online shop is a total waste of money.I bought some Christmas bawbles from them telling me they were glass and 3D , arrived, and they were plastic bits of rubbish, and that were not 3D At all, save your money and stay away from this.Web site

Horrendous. No service. No product. I feel totally scammed. Should have done research before ordering.

Ordered pair of socks with embroidered cats on them.
Socks were of very poor quality with cats glued on and certainly not worth £25 inc post. Asked for refund and was offered 10% back, this was later increased to 30%. I said I wanted a full refund and they gave me return address - cost of returning will be over £12 which is prohibitive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a child backpack but the image on that you order is in reality not 3D but a flat transfer that is not very clear . My grandsons name could not even be seen in the bottom. Bag is poor quality I would not dream of buying if I had seen in a shop false advertising using a 3 D image when that is not what you will get.

Do NOT buy anything from this company. I ordered a dog bed before Xmas and it took weeks to arrive. Tried to cancel order but surprisingly it had been dispatched but took another 2-3 weeks to arrive. It arrived in a badly taped up black bin bag. The bed looks shabby and the sewing is appalling.
Can’t return it as it apparently has to be returned to China. They said they would give me 30% refund which I accepted but nothing since. They don’t reply to my emails and no refund.

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a dog toy which has never been delivered although payment was taken from my bank immediately. No communication whatsoever from them regarding confirmation of order, any explanation for failure to deliver, or potential future delivery date. No way to claim a refund.

Order something for Christmas I’m still waiting on 27tu December no correspondence of where my items are and no response to my enquiry terrible set jce

I would give Zero Stars if there was an option!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately I placed my order for sofa covers before I read Trustpilot as the order was taking weeks to arrive. There is no real way in which to return items, there is only a declaration form which I suspect does not comply with UK Trading Standards. I have only received a part of the order I placed and the quality is appalling, looks nothing like the photos on the website. I am now trying to get my money back which is over £120.

Really not worth one star. After no delivery and no contact sent a complaint through Paypal. Reply came in German!!?? which translated as we'd sent the wrong address. No we hadn't. It arrived the day after and was complete rubbish. Quality zero. Now in the bin.

It's a scam. I ordered a cat toy and paid for delivery fees as well, which took weeks to be delivered. The toy finally arrived in a damaged box, toy also was damaged and not functioning. I asked for a refund and they are asking me now to complete a "declaration " and send back the product to China ( at my expense) this is going to cost me more than the toy cost itself so not worth the energy time and money. Customer service will email you in other language. They are dodging Customers clearly and so please use other platforms for your pets toys

Reluctantly ordered some dog toys, before seeing these reviews. Site all looks legit, but it has now been 2 weeks since ordering and the tracking provided provides little information with no ETA.
There are no contact numbers, a foreign email address - not responsive and the refund policy says you must claim a refund within 14 days but delivery is 12-16 - even if there is a chance Items turn up.
Disappointed this is how some people make money.

I hate to admit it but I have been scammed by this company, no matter how many times I contacted them I never got a reply.

I ordered a cuddle cove for my whippet it was good quality and value for money took weeks to come but my fault ordered too small size gave it to a friend she was over the moon will be ordering a larger one read the reviews later but next day the bed turned up so my experience was all goog from supplier

I ordered before I checked Trustpilot so I expected the worst..

The items did come within four weeks. They were dog balls that flashed and moved around on their own. The advert on Instagram made it look amazing...

The balls themselves are definitely not with £11.95 (and that was half price, they're normally over £20 allegedly) - tellingly the custom label on the box claims they're only worth a £1. Even on a full charge the motor inside is very weak and hardly works at all on carpet. They're also
not for dogs, the box they came says "for cats" - not what the advert said! All being said, the dog does enjoy playing with the ball but I don't think this toy will last long at all.

In hindsight I could probably have picked up something similar on Amazon or Pets at Home for a fraction of the price.
