I am writing from Spain. I am very happy with my purchase from Kapow. I had some issues with my package, and Kapow helped me every step of the way. In addition, the package arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I will definitely buy from them again.

Buena resolución, aunque la experiencia inicial fue mejorable

Mi experiencia comenzó de forma bastante negativa. Realicé un pedido de un producto que aparecía disponible en stock y, durante casi tres semanas, el envío no avanzó. Se generó el número de seguimiento de DHL, pero el paquete no había sido entregado físicamente a la empresa de transporte. Durante ese tiempo intenté contactar con la tienda en varias ocasiones y no obtuve respuesta.

Finalmente, después de una mala reseña inicial, la tienda reaccionó rápidamente, solucionó la situación y tuvo además un buen gesto conmigo como compensación por las molestias ocasionadas.

El producto llegó finalmente en perfecto estado y agradezco sinceramente que hayan rectificado y se hayan preocupado por solucionar el problema. Me hubiera gustado, eso sí, que esta atención se hubiera producido cuando contacté con ellos inicialmente y que no hubiera sido necesario llegar a esta situación.

En definitiva, una experiencia inicial bastante mejorable, pero con una buena resolución por parte de la tienda. Espero que en el futuro mejoren la comunicación y la gestión de los pedidos.

I am incredibly disappointed with the service from this company. I placed a pre-order last November for a Series 86 Thundercracker, which was delayed past its March release date. I understood the initial supplier delay, but it is now August and the company has stopped responding to my emails entirely. My order is also missing from my account dashboard. This was supposed to be a special birthday gift, and the complete lack of support has been incredibly stressful. Order number #254990

There was a mistake made with our order but the support we received was excellent and the mistake was rectified in a manner that surpassed our expectations. Thank you very much for getting the figure to us today - my son is very happy.

I found an item i wanted on the ebay shop, but thought i would check out there website, i asked them.a question regarding a NECA phantom of the opera figure. They responded quickly and very politely.

The Figire arrived today which is always a good day! very well packaged very well protected within the box. The neca display box is perfect no bends or scratches. As is the figure.

I collect horror action figure, and other figures as well. Will definitely be using Kapow Toys again!

Absolutely atrocious service. I had a michael myers figure and needed to get a second one to get signed at a convention i am going to soon. I ordered one from this place. The delivery was very quick and the packaging was amazing. But when I pulled the figure out the box it had all weird plastic rippled lines over it. I also noticed that the printing quality on the item was no where near as good as it is on my identical figure, nor up to the high quality standard of my many other neca figures i have in my collection. I voiced my concerns to the seller only to be told "I also noticed the line on the box when packing this item yesterday, so I went to get another from the sealed case, and they are all the same. I think maybe it was either intended to be this way, or has happened over time as they are "new old stock" that we have had for some time". I explained that they are definately not supposed to be this way and that i would like to return the item. They clearly took my query about the items authenticity personally as I was then greeted with a plethora of emails about their suppliers after which I said it could possibly be a bad batch and asking again if I could return the item for a refund. They then said "That is how the product comes, the others in the case are exactly the same" after already showing them picture evidence of my other figure to show them this is obviously not the case, not to mention all of the ebay listings and YouTube unboxing videos of this product, none of which had these lines on the box. I then received this response "We are happy to have the item back from you for a refund but we're not covering your return costs because you do not like the way they are boxed" absolutely unbelievable as a company that they couldnt just admit they are wrong and cover the return postage. I was then told "We are not responsible for the way a box is finished, you need to contact NECA for that". No you are not responsible for that but as I explained to them my contract is with them as a retailer to supply me with a product that is not defective. Where they get there stock from and the condition they receive it in is between them and the supplier. Absolute joke of a company all of that hassle over a £35 action figure.

I think there reply to this comment proves my point. Go for this company for their cheap kids toys but I wouldnt even entertain getting collectibles from them given their clear neglegence and and failure to deal with issues if they arise.

Standout company amongst a sea of internet fraudsters. Fantastic pricing and product range. The biggest win is they have a phone and real premises! Even if there’s a minor issue you can email or call and someone will put it right for you. I won’t shop anywhere else. :)

All my preorders seems to get stuck on processing months after estimated date provided for the items has passed, even when an official release date has been announced for products they always fail to update its outdated estimate date to their official release dates. I placed a preorder back in 2023 that was estimated for March 2024, I ended up leaving it till july 2025 as I forgot about it during the time between and it was still stuck on processing when i came back to their site & realised i had that preorder there. had to contact customer service to cancel luckily a refund was offered though so can't fault for that atleast.

Kapow Toys is very useful when it comes to placing orders for either transformers or other figures. I've done a few orders with them and they arrive in good condition. It's easy to contact them via email or phone call for any issues with the item or regarding delivery.

I recently had an issue where I cancelled a pre-order by mistake, but they provided great support in helping amend this issue and re-ordering the item. Great service and will be ordering from them again !

Have placed a few orders with them an they have always arrived quickly and in great condition. Recently I was sent the incorrect item and Mat replied straight away to organise a return and to get the correct item to me as soon as possible. Fantastic service and will definitely be shopping here for all my figure needs.
