Good service from Karlsten...jury out on Fox repellent
Fabulous service from Karlsten and quick delivery. Ordered the Fox repellent and it seems to have worked 3 nights out of 5 so will have to see on a longer term of using regularly.

Spoke with someone in the company to clarify some questions I had about the product before purchasing and was reassured by their answers and polite response.
Product arrived on specified day, however it was left in full view on my doorstep despite me requesting it be left behind bin in front garden if I was out. Hence 4 star review.

Order taken, payment taken then refunded with no explanation
I ordered 2 spider fogger cans and put in all my details including postcode and they accepted the order, took my money and then a day or so later refunded it with absolutely no explanation. I assume it was because they wouldn’t send to NI but no explanation, no nothing. Awful (None) Customer service.

Hi we do apologise Aerosols cannot be delivered to Ireland especially insecticide foggers .. we issued an immediate refund and an automated email should have been sent to you. The website should not of accepted any order from Ireland as we do not deliver to this location. I am sorry you cannot receive this order..have a great weekend Best regards

It is not working (yet?)
A fox has created a den in the next door garden. We used the fox repellent spray and the granules on alternate nights for over a week liberally on both sides of the fence. Sadly, it has made no discernible difference yet. Nightly, we have the fox cubs screaming and chasing around in both gardens. This has frightened our cats, one of whom has left home in fear. I would like to know how long I need to keep putting the repellent down before the foxes will move elsewhere.
