Easy to use and speedy delivery

Ignoring my requests for a refund
Festival cancelled the morning after I booked a tent for over £400. Despite me emailing multiple times I have received no refund. I wouldn’t trust this company again.

Hi, The reason your refund has not yet been sucessfully processed is because when we came to do so on 9th August your card had expired. Now that we have the new details, and have time in the office to look at emails in between running summer events, the refund will be issued in good faith, the same as it has been to all of our other Alfresco Festival bookings. There is never a chance that we will not issue refunds to any bell tents booked when the event is cancelled.
Bell tent and gazebo were excellent.

We recently spent £500+ on a new bell…
We recently spent £500+ on a new bell tent from Karma. It arrived on around 22nd June 2022.
It arrived without one of the guy ropes included, meaning it cannot be erected.
We have contacted them repeatedly by email and phone to have the missing guy rope sent to us.
They assured they would send us out a replacement rope, then failed to do so.
I then called and spoke with Andrea who apologised and said they'd been at Glastonbury and would get it sent out asap.
It's now over a month and we have no guy rope and cannot use the tent. We run a campsite so this is hugely irritating to have to chase up.

Lovely looking kadhai fire bowl
I haven't used the kadhai yet but it looks beautiful and arrived in good time. It came well packaged and with some cleaning and other tools which was a great touch. Customer service was also great and friendly.
