Very sustainable approach to modern day car hire, the team is fantastic with speedy customer service

Used Karshare 3x and they have delivered each time. Quick and easy process, Even been able to hire cars 2 hours later which are clean and given on full tank so I can say they are a quick service. Lenient with drop off, if there’s traffic they’re understanding and office hours are until late at night which is very handy for late collections/returns. Will continue using their services.

Vehicles are as described and served its purpose well.

It was my first time using Karshare and i am good with technology but I found this app very easy to use as it guides you through the process pretty well. They had a car very close to me witch saved me time and money and I was at the car I just followed the instructions on the app and in a very short time I was on my way. The drop off was just as simple, the only criticism I would have is that the car was not as clean as I would have liked it other wise it would be five stars.

It was a very smooth experience registering as renter via the Karshare-App. Within half an hour I was ready to go and could use a nearby car. The App guided me through the registration and rental process, at every point it was clear what's next. Using a foreign drivers license was also no problem. The car was in good shape. I even earned a credit for careful driving. I'll use this service definitely next time I need a car in London. I wish the company all the best in providing a sustainble mobility service!

It was an interesting experience to use Karshare for the first time. Yes, there were some challenges, a combination of a company still ironing out bugs and me using the software for the first time. But patience won out and the Karshare support team were there to deal with queries and post-rental support.

Very easy to rent a car for a day.

Overall good experience. There were some issues getting a car because the owners canceled but Karshare was quick to react to provide an alternative car.

Great experience, easy to use, will use again.

Was looking to rent a car as the trains were down on a the weekend, happened upon the Karshare site on Google.

Really easy app to use, found a reasonably priced car right near me. When it came to the day of rental, I did have an initial issue gaining access to the car, but after I restarted my phone it worked fine.

The app monitors your driving to give you a score so you can get potential offers off your next rental.

After the rental I received my deposit back in about 3 days.

Will be using the service again. Good work :)
