Superior Work out! I'm almost 60 years old and have been working out hard with trainers for over 30 years. Katalyst has given me absolutely the best results in a much shorter time.

Great product, great service! Even a 69 year old man can see huge muscle gains in just 2 or 3 sessions per week. Website provides clear guidance and prompt responses. Recently reported a defect in the material in a lower base layer that was promptly replaced. The guided workouts are amazing and customizable. Honestly the best workout experience imaginable!

I have been using the Katalyst suit since Nov 2022 and now have logged in 490 workouts. I have been extremely impressed with the quality and intensity of the work out. I love my Katalyst. I've used the device for over a year now and it has become an essential part of my exercise routine. The strength training works but best of all it has provided so much help to my bad shoulder and knee (old sports injuries). I can overhead press again without pain for the first time in almost a decade.

I purchased the Katalyst initially to try to rehab my shoulder, hoping to avoid another rotator cuff surgery (and I know what a tear feels like and I was dreading another surgery). Amazingly, after only a couple shoulder workouts, the constant pounding pain was gone, within a month I realized I was reaching for things above my head that I would’ve winced at a month earlier. Since then, I’ve stopped all free weight workout (after 40 years), muscles are stronger and the joints don’t ache. I love working out with my Katalyst. The results are awesome. I challenge myself every week and love the feeling of setting a new record in one of the categories- strength, power , cardio. And the stretching and recovery programs are a great way to wrap up the workouts. I recommend this to anyone who loves seeing results without injuring your body. I have back issues- like most people- and I trust this system to keep me from hurting myself. Lastly, they keep coming out with new workout programs. There’s a lot to choose from.

I have used the suit consistently over the past four months, which has led to a gradual increase in my core and lower back strength. During this same time frame, I have noticed a decrease in the recurrence and severity of low back spasms. We had been training with an EMS company but loved the idea of having our own suits! The programs and customer support have been great. You can modify your stim levels and work with or without resistance. I love that the suit activates muscles that would be hard to stimulate with traditional exercise. Great system, great workouts!

I started strength training with Katalyst in June 2022. I have been doing it twice a week. It has helped me increase my muscle mass and strength. Compared to my previous strength routine with weights, Katalyst is a safer option, as I haven't had any muscle strain or joint pain. I appreciate the variety of programs, but primarily use the strength classes. When the snaps on my arm did not work properly, I received the replacement part fairly quickly. I appreciate how responsive the staff members are.

Workouts leave you exhausted (in a 'workout good way'!), but craving the next one! I have been using Katalyst for a few months now and it has been a game changer for me. I had to stop playing tennis and pickleball due to rotator cuff injuries. I have been doing EMS workouts since 2019. First at Manduu, then Body20 for a hot minute, then I found Katalyst and bought my own suit. I have been doing the 20 min workout consistently 3x per week and when I say this workout has changed my body, it is quite remarkable. To give you an idea, I have put on 8lbs of muscle, which is not easy to do in your late 50's! Of course, I have made dietary changes and have cut back on my alcohol consumption but I have done that before with not nearly these results.
I have never been a big 'lift free weights in the gym' type of person but the 20 mins with Katalyst is the equivalent of working out with heavy weights in the gym for several hours. Every time I use it, I am sore all over my body the next day! Plain and simple the technology works!
Additionally, the Katalyst customer service is outstanding! First, I received my suit within a week of my order and every time I have had a question, I simply email customer service and they get back to me within a matter of hours!
Is price a significant investment? You bet! BUT the results are worth every penny!

Pros: The suit itself is great and well built. The 20-30 minute workouts are solid.

Cons: having to "get it wet" before every session - takes a about 10 minutes and you start out your workout damp/wet and a little cold. Not a great start.

secondly, the intensity goes from a moderate contraction to full blown "cramp". And I am an 18 time marathoner, 15 of those sub 3 hours and can deadlift 415 for reps and squat 315 for the same.

I have buyers remorse because it's so damn expensive and a pain to setup when driving to the gym is actually easier and a better workout.
