I thought I’d ordered the wrong size…
I thought I’d ordered the wrong size when my dungarees arrived.
I sent a photo to customer services and I was told to return it and they’d send me a smaller size which fitted perfectley
I was all done very quickly and I’m very happy customer

Almost too good to be true
There is a personal touch to everything the company does... ordering my most recent item at a pop up shop the.two ladies there were absolutely wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Kate Barton clothes fit my lifestyle perfectly at the moment: they are relaxed, but stylish and easily formalised

Easy to use website. My dress was as described and arrived quickly. The parcel has no plastic. So all was great. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Denim Workwear trousers
I ordered denim workwear trousers as not ordered from this company before and they looked really nice
However they came up quite large to size so had to return. I would have exchanged for a smaller size but exchanges are not offered
Also costs to return plus a charge deducted from the refund
All in all a costly experience to try on a new brand
I’ll stick with my Sahara brand as always a perfect fit and a similar price
