Would give negative 1000000 stars if I could. This is a complete scam of a website from china. I ordered 2 items- NOT dresses, a sweater and a ski suit. I recieved neither but a prom dress showed up. It has been hell trying to get my money back. They have emailed me 3 times with the same bot response and have not resolved anything. Even if I got the correct item it took 3.5 weeks to arrive with limited info on shipping.

Still fighting since March for a refund for a dress they messed up. Not the color, not the material, not even the size. Scam

Don't buy from this business it is a scam from China. Ordered Nicola Emiliano Pine Green Floral dress and received a nylon yellow home manufactured rubbish. I don't know how they get away with this. COMPLETE SCAM BUSINESS THAT WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY - STAY AWAY

They sent the wrong wedding dress. Sent multiple emails to have it corrected and they never resent the dress. COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT

It for extremely well and was super good quality and I spoke to them about a couple issues with shipping and they were very helpful and super nice ! 10/10, Thanks for your help me choosing this wonderful dress! Will buy more from here!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I waited 4 months!!! 4 damn months of back and forth email with these 'people' to try and get a dress for my niece and they either ignored me or when you finally issue a good enough threat like wanting your money back, the give you some bait like ohh we have it ready, we are sending it soon, "so sorry" when I finally got it, I instantly checked the tracking number and it was just sent THIS WEEK ! Please Please save yourself a headache and look at more trust worthy places, dont suffer like me and others have.

STAY AWAY!!! Or don't worry about getting your money back. I have over (30) emails to Kate Prom for return/refund and all they do is play games and pretend another person responding every time and it goes around and around and around, THIRTY plus emails now. Almost two months of this now.

The wedding dress I ordered was not what was advertised. I've since found out they have stolen a picture of a designer dress from the UK and are selling it as if it is their own.
When they made it, the material was completely wrong. It was not "3D" and didn't include all the colours shown in the picture. (It is worth noting that many pictures they use on their website are stolen from UK sites and UK designers; I am in the process of taking this matter further.)
I also paid for a rapid delivery service. They took the money and did not send my dress within that time frame. I chased them on multiple occasions and was only told "not to worry". Extremely disgusting customer service. They don't listen to their customers, don't meet the conditions they set out and literally respond with extremely unhelpful and patronising comments like "don't worry. Be patient."
I have chased Kateprom many, many times since receiving my dress as it is not what I paid for. I have been stalled on every occasion. The latest response has told me to wait until their Dragon Boat Festival passes and then someone will come back to me; I complained on 14th June; their festival is 22nd- 24th June. I have explained how urgent my complaint is, I've told them how upsetting this is and that they have effectively ruined a large part of my wedding. Now, even though I have begged them to respond so I could have at least had time to get my money back and find another wedding dress, I have no time left to try and find an alternative dress as they have simply not dealt with the complaint. Now, I'm left with something I did not choose. I strongly recommend you do not use this company.

I wasn’t sure about ordering online from a site that I didn’t know about before, but customer service has been great and my dress fits like a glove from the custom sizing that didn’t cost me extra. They even worked with me to make sure I had the specific details that I wanted. I admittedly got nervous in between when I couldn’t see tracking info, but essentially the dress ships from China and the tracking info only kicks in once it hits US soil.

I was nervous to order a dress online because I've had bad experiences in the past. I wanted my wedding dress to look like the photos I had found on social media, and Kateprom really did make it happen! They walked through the whole ordering process with me, and have the best online customer service I've experienced. They reply to the live chat quickly and respond to my emails very quick as well. I got my wedding dress as a picture order and in a custom size, and the dress fits me perfectly! It look identical to the photos I've sent them and I won't be needing any adjustments. The material and lace is done so finely, it really looks like they put a lot of effort into it. Shopping is very easy on this site, as you can ask them questions anytime and they are able to take custom orders based on photos and sizing! The order also came really fast, and if you ask they are willing to send you photos of their process work. The customer service once again is so friendly, I'd be looking forward to shopping here again in the future. Thanks Kateprom for the amazing customer service and beautiful dress! It was definitely worth the wait as it first perfectly on me. I would 100% recommend shopping with them!
