Six month coaching plan
I have just finished a six month journey with Katie and wanted to share my experience. Prior to the six months I had always seen myself as someone who “couldn’t do it”. I was “too busy”, I “couldn’t stick to things”, I was “lazy”.
Working with Katie made everything feel so much more manageable. I learned about nutrition, strength training, and also learned that I am more than capable of showing up for myself - and how much better I feel when I do!
The last six months have resulted in significant physical change, as well as changes in my mentality. It’s not all or nothing, it’s about building consistent habits and allowing yourself the freedom to enjoy your life. The resources from Katie - recipes, webinars, workout plans, etc - have helped me so much, as has the accountability and regular check-ins.
Life is busy and can be hard, Katie was patient and supportive all throughout my journey and helped me overcome my mental barriers standing in the way of physical progress. Couldn’t be happier to have gone on this journey and would highly recommend!

I ended up extending my coaching period an extra 2 months! I loved working with Katie to create new fitness goals. Katie was a lovely coach, a very realistic and sustainable plan to follow. I’ve achieved so much in the time of her being my coach.

I have just finished my coaching journey with Katie and Becky and I couldn’t recommend them more!
When I first started, I was under eating during the day and then binge eating in the evening, feeling like I was stuck in a permanent negative cycle. The girls really helped me break this and got me eating 3 good meals a day and snacks all whilst losing weight. I’ve still even had chocolate!
During my coaching, I’ve gone from being in a calorie deficit to lose weight, to maintaining calories and weight, to bulking, which is something I never thought I’d be comfortable doing! I’ve gained so much confidence in the gym and managed to increase weights in so many areas that I never thought I would.
I’m happier, healthier but most importantly, I’ve got a whole lifestyle change that is realistic and something I can stick to. I can’t thank the girls enough for all their help and support throughout. If you’re thinking of signing up, do it!!
I have been working with Katie and…
I have been working with Katie and Becky since the beginning of January after I wanted to get out of the yo-yo dieting cycle I had got myself into. I wanted to improve my relationship with food, get myself out of the 'last supper' mindset I had got myself into before starting a diet and at the same time, I wanted to build strength after breaking my wrist and realising I could have prevented such a bad break if I'd been strength training. I remember talking to Katie on our first initial call saying I wanted to be fit and healthy in my 80's and I certainly wouldn't be if I was to carry on the way I was.
From the very beginning Becky gave me support, with nutrition and my training. Both Katie and Becky are staunch advocates for the 80/20 rule - 80% of the time healthy, but 20% of something you love, with no restrictions. It was this shift that was the game changer for me. I could be in a calorie deficit and losing body fat all whilst eating the chocolate or ice cream I love.
As a result I am down 5% body fat and 7kgs in weight. My confidence in my own body has gone from barely nothing, to being able to wear a bikini on my most recent holiday - something I thought I wouldn't ever do since having children. At every check-in, every question asked, Katie and Becky are there to support, be your own personal cheerleader celebrating your wins with you, but also steering you when you have your wobbles and not so great weeks.
I have learnt so much about my new lifestyle - this isn't a diet - that seeing the difference between the amount of support I needed on my holiday to Florida in April, where Becky was on hand most days helping me navigate the food aspect, creating a workout plan (that I wanted to do) with just some bands I took with me, so my most recent holiday where I felt confident enough to make those healthy choices, not track my food and I even went to the gym (something I have NEVER done before on holiday), just shows how much they have taught me, about myself and about what can be achieved.
I can't thank Katie and Becky anywhere near enough for giving me my life back. I finally feel in control of my choices, rather than turning to food when I've had a bad day; my training has become habit rather than motivation and I can fit in those clothes that have been sitting in my wardrobe that I have wanted to wear, like those shorts whilst going to Parkrun I'd never have done before.
My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner!

In the ‘pre Katie’ days I would shy away from things like pasta and bread, and restrict myself at random intervals thinking it was going to help me lose weight, but with no idea what I was doing and no real structure in place, this of course didn’t work. I absolutely LOVE the way I eat now and me and my partner are frequently still so amazed and impressed with the fact that we’re eating bread and pasta daily

I was nervous when I first started with Katie as I didn’t want to let myself or her down at my checkins. However through our time together I have not only learnt so much self confidence and appreciation for How far I’ve come in the gym, physically and as a person but I’ve also learnt to celebrate my little wins and know it’s okay to not be ‘perfect everytime’ but just be constant in showing my for myself and my goals!
When I’ve had down weeks Katie not only was empathetic and supportive but helped me navigate through the negative myself which just shows how invested she is in each client!
Each check in Katie would highlight my wins and build my confidence! I quickly found it easier to confide in her and ask questions when I felt the need, even when I didn’t have a set check in!
Her workouts and meal plans are flexible for you and through this process i learnt how to structure balanced meals I enjoy and how gym programs can be formatted. Im sad to be finishing up with Katie but am looking forward to putting those learnt skills into practise myself and seeing what else I can achieve!

I initially joined Katie for 1:1 coaching at the beginning of 2023 as I wanted to focus on getting healthier for personal reasons. I decided to stop working with Katie whilst I was pregnant, but I knew this is something I wanted to get back into when the time was right. My son was born in November and I felt the time was right to start focusing on myself in January.
I had the initial phone call with Katie where we spoke about everything I wanted to achieve and what she felt would work best. Things had changed a bit since I last worked with Katie but I was keen to get going.
Since working with Katie I have lost a good amount of weight, I am starting to see my body shape change, I have joined the gym and my eating habits are better. The weekly structure and accountability of checking in and getting feedback works really well for me. It has been helpful to also have access to the videos of key issues which are explained well!
Katie has been really helpful with my journey so far, and whilst I’m needing to take a break, I’m looking forward to get back working with her again soon. However, I feel like in the meantime I am
Able to take all the advice and guidance she has given me so far and continue that over the next few months!

Joining Katie J Coaching 8 weeks ago was the best decision I ever made
Joining Katie J Coaching 8 weeks ago was the best decision I made. Before joining, I had always been an active person but my main focus was running and HIIT workouts. I thought that but doing these type of workouts and getting my heart rate up, I would burn more calories to help me lose weight. These only made me plateau and I realised I needed to actually understand the right way to train and what nutrition I actually needed to help with the level of training I was doing.
8 weeks ago I spoke to Katie and she understood what I had been doing and the type of training I enjoyed and devised a training plan to suit my lifestyle. Combining running and weight training, I have never loved training as much as I do now. I never weight trained before but now I have fallen in love with it and I look forward to every session.
I feel so much more confident in myself and can feel myself getting stronger physically in the gym but also mentally with how I look at myself. I’m getting personal bests in my running because I now know how to fuel myself to sustain running for longer periods.
I can’t thank Katie enough, she has completely shifted my mindset to training and shown the importance that the numbers on the scale are not the most important factor. Taking measurements and progress photos are actually going to show you that the hard work does pay off.
I can now go on holiday next week and finally feel confident enough around the pool. I could say so much more about Katie and how amazing this journey has been. Do not hesitate to sign up, it’s the best thing you’ll do!
Before starting out this experience…
Before starting out this experience with Katie J Coaching, I was at a very low point of my life, physically, but especially mentally. I was seeing a psychologist for 5 months when Katie contacted me and felt like going into this journey with Katie would be a great way to help improve my mental state even further. So I decided to give it a go and I can definitely say it as been one of the best decisions I made in my life so far.
I have had some difficult challenges in my life, and have always struggled with having a workout routine, or being consistent in regards of eating, and planning meals, sometimes I would skip them. overall, I was very irregular which prevented me from achieving the goals I wanted to achieve. With Katie's help, I got a workout plan and meal plans, it helped me establish a routine, which is exactly what I needed. Before starting this journey I could barely run 2km without walking, and today I can run 11km without stopping or walking. I can eat all the foods that I love and still lost 6KG. I get now that a quick fix is definitely not working on the long run. A stable routine, whilst eating what you love, is.

Joining Katie J Coaching was the best decision I made. I signed up just over 2 months ago and the changes I’ve seen are incredible. Not just physically but also mentally. The way I view myself is completely different. I used to hide in oversized clothes and wouldn’t put myself out there. Now, I feel confident in clothes that actually fit me and I’m more outgoing. I feel like me again and it’s been a long time since I felt that.
The support and sense of community of this group is incredible. Sharing a journey with people you know won’t judge you but will instead congratulate you on your wins and offer support on those days when you’re not feeling 100% is so comforting. Seeing and sharing others accomplishments is so inspiring and motivating.
I can’t thank Katie and Becky enough for all the support and advice they’ve given me the past few months. The plan that was created for me works so well with my day to day life and I know that if I’m ever struggling with anything I can send them a message and the support will be there from them.
I could honestly go on and on about how good this journey has been for me and what is yet to come from it.

I worked with Katie for 6 months and she supported me through some tough times. Katie reminded me of the importance of sleep and how much mood and stress can impact training and diet. Katie helped me to think about my lifestyle more broadly, not just my gym sessions. She helped me to be consistent and to remove my negative views of certain foods (mainly carbs). Not only did Katie check in with me regularly to see how I was doing, she helped me to be kinder to myself while going through difficult life experiences, without completely disregarding my goals. I looked forward to check ins even when I had not met all of my goals for the week as I knew that Katie would always have a positive spin on things. I am very grateful for all of Katie’s help!
A fabulous coach who gets results!
I started with Katie at the beginning of 2024. I had already been into fitness and running for a while but wanted to bring some structure and accountability to my routine, especially during the months post festive season which are always tough! Katie completely understood what I wanted to do and gave me a programme that balanced running with strength training. I really felt my overall fitness improve during the 4-month block and my running also improved greatly - at the end, I ran a 10km in under 50 minutes and a half marathon in 1hr 52mins which completely smashed any previous PB I had.
Katie is very friendly and takes time to review check ins and leave video feedback which I found very valuable. She also helped tailor the plan when I was travelling for work which, again, helped me to stay on track.
I really enjoyed working with Katie and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or do another training block myself in future!

Investment in a healthier body and mind
I've been with @katiejfit and working with Becky since Jan 2024 and the progress I've made both in terms of weight loss, increased strength whilst working out at home but most importantly my mindset has surpassed all my expectations. My self confidence is starting to grow too. I no longer think one bad day is going to derail all my progress and still enjoy meals out, chocolate and a social life, all whilst achieving my goals. I'm not where I want to be yet but well on my way with 12kg down and I could not be doing this without Becky's support and cheerleading, the learning from Katie's webinars and the meal inspiration from the wider Katiejfit community. I promise you will not regret the investment in yourself and your health! Thank you Becky and Katie you girls are amazing!
Run don’t walk to sign up
What can I say or should I be saying… what can I not say about KatieJcoaching. Katie saved me in many ways but most importantly saved my mental state. I had come from an eating disorder background of thoughts, scared to eat but knew I needed to but then would over eat. Stressed due to being stuck in a rut and not changing. Being pressured by the GP for high blood pressure and not giving me contraceptive pill due to weight. But joining Katie, we had our telephone call and a weight was lifted off my shoulders instantly. We started and within first week of eating A WHOLE 5 TIMES A DAY!!! I had dropped 1kg. I then continued my journey with Katie, sticking to the many MANY options of meal choices but also I did drink alcohol each week, I did eat out each week BUT I did make more sensible choices but still I’m someone of that “if I want it/want to then I will” and I did that. So I didn’t restrict. But seeing the weight drop and size change it motivated me to keep going and stick to plans. In my workouts I was already familiar as i come from gym background but I still managed to lose all my 16kg with no cardio and just weight training 4x a week with no crazy classes and no crazy steps, just my normal work steps which I never even looked at so I didn’t really have a step goal I stuck to. But the mix of good eating pattern, working out and no stress, it meant I could lose 16kg and pictures showed half my stomach was gone. I left Katie after 6months and I am now 6month post-coach and I have maintained my loss and most importantly maintained a positive mindset. So I will forever be thankful, forever wishing I had started earlier but forever thankful I did it.
The best investment
The best investment I've made for myself in a while! The attention to details is amazing and the support through out is amazing. Becky sent messages just to check in and see how things were going and just a little thing like that makes a lot of difference. I've just completed my 4 month period and to date I'm 10kg down and I'm finishing with a different mindset and confidence to go it alone for a while. My advice to anyone thinking about joining ..... Just do it :) you won't regret it
Best decision I have made in a very long time!
I have only been with Katie/Becky for a month so far and can honestly say already that it's probably the best decision I have made in a very long time! As it's still very early days, I haven't seen much progress in scales and measurements (although there has been some) but the biggest change is my mindset. I am really enjoying the food, haven't felt hungry at all and am loving the weight workouts that Becky has given me! I have so much more energy already and my mood has lifted! I honestly am finding it all so easy as it fits my lifestyle and this is most definitely a change for life this time, usually I would have given up by now.
Becky is amazing and simply can't help me enough, she is always there to answer any questions I have or to give me a little pick me up when needed.
This is only the start of my journey but I absolutely cannot wait to see where it takes me.
Zero regrets!
I have been working with Katie J Coaching since April year and I have zero regrets in joining.
Previously I wouldn't eat all day until the evening and often end up binge eating. I was only doing classes at the gym and just felt really lost and defeated.
Becky set me up with workout plans that introduced me to weight lifting which I now love and sent food plans which helped me eat 3 good meals a day. Both of these things have encouraged me to live a healthier lifestyle and find movement that I enjoy.
This has been a complete lifestyle change for me and I couldn't be more happy with the physical and mental changes I have seen in myself. Becky has helped me so much in overcoming any issues I have had along the way with our checkins. She has supported me through being in a calorie deficit for fat loss, to moving back to maintenance calories to now going towards being in a surplus for muscle building (something I never thought I would have the confidence to do!)
I can't thank the girls enough for their support, I never thought I would feel as confident in myself as I do now!

For the last 3 months Katie and I have focused on a fatloss phase which I was nervous going into as I knew I had a busy schedule between work and social events coming into the festive season plus a few big life changes like a new job and moving house. However with weekly checkins with Katie it really helped me stay on track and stay in a good headspace- I learnt how to enjoy my social events while maintaining a calorie deficit over the last months. This process has taught me that perfection isn’t the key but consistency in my habits and showing up on tough days even if you aren’t as strong in your workouts. I also learnt and am building on a better mindset towards the guilt and not restricting foods at social events but rather enjoying those events while making conscious choices. I’ve learnt planning ahead is important - so I can manage my weekly intake to allow those extra calories on weekends but also understand if my intake is higher that one week it won’t ruin my overall progress. Mostly the process with Katie has showed me it’s not about seeing perfect results each week but a steady rate of small changes overtime and daily habits which can flow with life’s ups and downs. I’ve loved working with Katie - she listens and adjusts programs to your needs and is there for you 110% of the way! I am keen to keep building on my progress with her over the next few months! 💕🎉💐 xx
