Scam never received they should be investigated by uk government

Scammed, waited 2 months, nothing came.

Product besteld, mail gekregen maar ondertussen nooit het product alle links die gestuurd zijn werken niet meer en de site is offline met error codes.

Aangifte gedaan en tevens melding bij Stripe aangezien de betaling via daar loopt.

Advies voor andere gedupeerde doe je aanmelding bij Stripe! bij support.stripe > dispute ideal transactions and report fraud

Very poor quality - books are AI-generated and we received two day 13s and no day 12.

The advent calendar arrived, long after Dec 1. When I emailed about the delivery concern, I received no response. Very poor customer service. Also, the books are of very poor quality and appear to be AI-generated. Even worse, the authors on the cover of some of the books are incorrect. Do not buy from this company.

Despite they do reply to my emails yet days later. The boots haven’t turned up a month later yet it said clearly from a uk source. I have asked for a refund and they said I could return the product to get a refund. I haven’t received them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Leveren niet en reageren niet

Meteen een verzendlink ontvangen, maar na een aantal dagen werkte de link niet meer. Na mailcontact bleek er iets met de financiën van hun vervoerbedrijf te zijn.... Na een tweede mail wederom diepe excuses en het verzoek geen restitutie of retour aan te vragen want m'n bestelling komt er echt aan. Super slim van ze want daardoor dácht ik echt dat dat een optie was, restitutie oid.

Daarna geen reacties meer op mail. Dusss toch maar even naar Trustpilot gegaan (dat doe ik normaal gesproken vóórdat ik ergens wat koop bij een mij onbekend bedrijf maar m'n brein staat soms uit #menopauze) en daar staan alle beoordelingen.... Dus bye bye €66,50. Eigen schuld dikke bult dus want ik bestel online nóóit wat zonder Trustpilot te checken.

If I could give no stars I would. Very strange. They charged me too much and when I got onto them and told them they refunded me the correct amount. This was 5 weeks ago and still not advent calendar. It's really a disgusting thing to do to people that have saved their hard earned money for Christmas and they're just stealing it. Don't buy! I wish I had read reviews!

I have ordered two advent calendars with small books, they promised delivery in 5 working days, it's been 5 weeks since the order and almost 1st of December and they did not deliver. Wrote them on 18 November to give me a delivery day or some more information, nobody bothered to answered. Luckily I paid with paypal and I am protected, please do not do a mistake and order from this scam company, or at least do it via paypal where you can get your money back in case they screw you up.

Koop nooit iets bij dit bedrijf!

Ik kocht een boek-advent kalender bij Kavano.de in oktober en wacht nog steeds op de levering. Daarnaast kocht ik het product voor € 44,90 terwijl het voor € 14,- op AliXpress staat. Pas nadat ik probleem meldde bij Klarna kreeg ik een update van mijn bestelling. Ze gaven aan dat hun bank technische problemen had waardoor ze geen verzendkosten konden betalen. Heel logisch ook. En dat terwijl je voor de meeste Chinese troep geen verzendkosten hoeft te betalen. Ik heb gevraagd om een volledige terugbetaling, maar natuurlijk weer geen reactie. Nu de Duitse consumentenbond ingeschakeld.

Should have searched on Trustpilot first. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. 50 euro down the drain :( and here I was hoping to buy an original gift to a my nephew.

Big scam, the same as all the other reviews here.

Total scam. I didn’t receive my items and customer service doesn’t reply to anything.

Item was never shipped, emails and messages are being ignored. Later I found the same items way cheaper on sites like aliexpress.

Its clear to me I have been scammed.

UPDATE: The product did arrive very very late. One product (bookcase advent calendar) was woeful, it went straight into the bin!. A second product (bookmark) was exactly as described. So, go figure that one out. Changed rating from 1 to 3.
This site is a SCAM site, as reported by others.
Very professional website and experience up as far as email indicating order is on its way, after that nothing..... no updates, no delivery, no response.
I have reported to my bank so that they can alert other customers.
I am totally pissed off with myself for falling for this!!

Update:
More than one and a half month later. Way passed the beginning of December I finally received the order with two advent calendars.
Looks quite cheap and one of the calendar was damaged due to poor packaging. Do not order from them!

It has been a month since I ordered and it still hasn't arrived. They don't reply when you contact them. Now they sent out an mass e-mail regarding delays that they claimed it's not their fault. Sent me a new order confirmation with a new tracking ID. The sender's name was Kavanoold... The whole thing reeks of scam. I ordered through Klarna so no product and no payment!

It's a scam!!! The product is so bad! took months to arrive, no response form the website! Don't buy!
