Unresponsive customer support
Purchased 2 items, one arrived as advertised and is of decent quality but the other was the entirely wrong item, one I couldn't even find on their store front. I immediately looked to their FAQ for a refund policy and attempted to contact them for the entire 7 working days to no avail - their email and instagram account were both unresponsive.
Update 16/03: Website had the wrong service email. Was refunded for the incorrect item.
