Rude and unapproachable! They email at 9.08 to reschedule my consultation appointment, then email again at 10.30 to confirm my appointment. It seems their right hand doesn't know what their left hand is doing. When I called to clarify they where very rude and defensive and couldn't take responsibility for their error. They then said they where too busy to take on my case! Then why schedule a consultation appointment if you already have too much work? Useless time wasters!

Thank you Kayson Solicitors, (special mention for Kam and Nigel in the family department). They helped me draft a child arrangement order and the prohibited steps order for my children. They are worth the money, the process was fast and efficient.

I had a terrible experience with Kayson.

The conveyancer handling my case Anisha was not answering emails or phone calls from the buyers solicitor. This led to initial deal falling through- which was very disappointing as it could have been avoided if attention was given.

After several complaints to the Kam, the principal Solicitor, Anisha was fired and a new conveyancer took over my case and there was an improvement.

They also made several errors throughout my case the worse being taking more money for my services than they quoted for. I had to raise a complaint to their accounts department to get this refunded.

Overall I’m happy I was able to sell my property but I must say it was the most stressful expereince I have ever been through.

I contemplated reporting this company to the Legal Ombudsman because of the gross incompetence I witnessed through out the process.
