Lamentamos sinceramente que su experiencia no haya sido completamente satisfactoria. Nos gustaría aclarar que su pedido fue realizado el 16 de abril por la tarde y recogido por UPS Express el 17 de abril.
El envío se vio afectado por el fin de semana de Pascua, ya que Viernes Santo es festivo nacional en España, y las entregas se reanudaron después del periodo festivo. Según el seguimiento de UPS, el paquete fue entregado el martes 22 de abril, tan pronto como se completó la información de importación solicitada por el transportista.
En cuanto a los costes de aduana, estos son tasas aplicadas por las autoridades aduaneras locales y están fuera del control de nuestra empresa.
Agradecemos su comprensión y esperamos que quede satisfecho con la calidad del producto y el servicio recibido.

We are sorry to hear that your experience was not entirely satisfactory. We would like to clarify that your order was placed on 16 April (afternoon) and collected by UPS Express on 17 April.
The delivery was affected by the Easter holiday period, as Good Friday is a national holiday in Spain and courier operations resumed after the long weekend. According to UPS tracking, the parcel was delivered on Tuesday, 22 April, once the additional import information requested by the courier was provided.
Regarding the customs charges, these are local import fees applied by Spanish customs authorities and are beyond our control.
We appreciate your understanding and hope you are satisfied with the quality of the product and the service provided.
