I've been training at this school for several years now and honestly can't recommend it enough. I'd tried a few other kickboxing gyms before, but they were always much more focused on fitness classes than actually teaching kickboxing technique and skills.

What I love about this school is that it strikes the perfect balance between learning to fight and doing so safely. The atmosphere is really supportive, so I never feel like making a mistake in sparring is going to leave me injured.

The classes are always fun and challenging, and there's constantly something new to learn. The instructors are fantastic: experienced, approachable, and always willing to help you improve, no matter your experience level.

It's genuinely the best place I've found to learn kickboxing.

My journey up to the purple belt in kickboxing at KB started end of 2019, just when COVID started. Thanks to the inspiring and motivating chief instructor and her team, I “left” post-covid in much better physical shape than before. I’ve never been very sportive throughout my life - but now, in 2026, I’m doing 5-7 hours active sports every week! If you feel unsure about a change in life, give it a try and enjoy the welcoming and positive atmosphere in this school!

I have been training with KB fitness for over two years and it’s been the best decision. My fitness levels are better than ever and I have found a strong, beautiful community where everyone supports each others fitness journeys. The instructors are patient and classes are planned with care so anyone participating feels like you learn something new. The encouragement from everyone, the sense of community and fun classes keep me going back for more!

I have been at KBFitness for about 20 years, and what has kept me training for so long is the people and the culture. The atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and genuinely feels like family. There is a fantastic sense of camaraderie, with everyone encouraged to improve and succeed, regardless of their age, experience, or ability.

Our Chief Instructor Kelly is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated. She has helped me develop not only as a kickboxer and instructor, but also as a person, always encouraging me to be the best version of myself.

I also greatly respect the standards of the school. Technique, discipline, and hard work matter here. Belts are earned, not given, and students are taught to do things properly.

Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, learn a martial art, build confidence, or become part of a great community, I can’t recommend KBFitness highly enough.
