everything is handled with care. kbyseni is by far the best k-pop shop out there. you can really tell how much attention goes into every order, from the packaging to the overall experience. despite some issues due Royal Mail, kbyseni was always incredibly responsive and ready to help me, making the whole experience stress-free. it's always a pleasure to order from them.

I've been buying from this lovely person for a couple of years, since they were just a little business making SKZOO bags a few at a time, because they weren't sure they'd all sell.......now they're a legit supplier of offical merch as well as their beautiful, high quality, Staymade merch.
I've got pages in my binder that are full of just the photocards I have been sent as a thank you for making an order.
Customer services is just Seni, but they always reply quickly and have sorted out the one issue I've ever had immediately (it wasn't even a complaint, and it wasn't their fault, but they were on it straight away). And I have contacted them just to ask a question, and still got an quick reply and they made me very happy with their reply.

Highly recommended kpop store - I've ordered lots of photocards from here and I'm always confident they'll come as soon as possible and at a good price. Got a few backpacks albums and a binder, material is great, backpacks are completely washable without the fur going all weird and blotchy and have a lot of space!

Not only is this my go to shop to purchase anything kpop merch but more specifically anything SKZ related. Each parcel I have received is always packed with so much care and personalised. The variety of items, the affordability of them, the availability and also the timelines given for each preorder is always kept up to date.

I love this store, great customer service and amazing packaging. Easy to Pre-Order from and one the cheapest sites out of many many UK Kpop sites. I like that there is also a shop pay in 3 option available when purchasing it’s super helpful for when you have a more expensive basket. I’ve preordered a handful of things and I love that we get as frequent updates as we can through Instagram and have also use the pay in 3 option a few times. Glad I found this store and happy to be a customer
