I have a great degree of trust in how these folks conduct business and in the quality of the products that they sell. They are also very good about honoring their commitment in regards to backorders, by providing a reasonable ETA for fulfillment (before or after ordering), and an update if that ETA changes. If an item is in stock, then they usually ship what has been ordered within a few days, not weeks like some of their competition. KC Tool does a very good job in the packaging of products shipped, with packing material that securely holds and cushions the item(s), in an appropriate size shipping box, that is securely taped and properly/clearly labeled for delivery (this is much appreciated).

Very unprofessional and I suspect dishonest. Order canceled in minutes with flaky explanation. I pay with the same method at many on line vendors w/o issue. I suspect this payment process punishes them for not shipping products, so they don't allow orders. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have made numerous purchases at KC Tool. KC Tool is a retailer that specializes in German-branded hand tools, including by manufacturers like Wera, Halder, Hazet, Ochenhopf. Gedore, Stahlwille, Stabila, Picard, Felo, and several others. I have had very positive experiences with each purchase from this company. Orders are generally shipped within one business day if the items are in stock, and they seem to be able to get backordered items rapidly from the manufacturer with rare exception. The inventory and selection from the German brands is second to none, easily beatimg Amazon. Each order also accompanies a "bit of thanks", which is a free philips bit. In the years I have ordered from KC Tool, I have received packages delivered to sttreed addresses, PO Boxes, country address, and urban ones. I have had no problem with their delivery speed. They do offer free shipping on orders over a certain dollar amount--$75 at the time of writing. My only wish is that they would default to UPS shipping instead of other couriers because UPS has better service in my experience.

Package never received and they won't refund. FRAUD! Do not be fooled. Buy elsewhere where it's safe. They do not provide proof of delivery, no signature.

Terrible! For the second time I placed an order that was refused. The first time they told me that the data did not match the current address, I called the bank to check everything was correct. . . I placed the second order that was canceled! Total lack of professionalism, they did not even bother to give me a phone call to ask for a check, although when I placed the order I was asked to confirm a code received on the phone. My husband who wanted to fill his garage with tools is disgusted by this attitude and doesn't even want to hear about KC Tool forever !! Weeks lost due to total disinterest in customers!
