Awful awful experience.
Waited more than 11 months for an item they said would take 5 to arrive - meanwhile other companies delivered multiple batches.
The order tracking page is just useless false information - the batch was marked completed for months before it actually was, apparently this is normal to them - TO ME THIS ALONE MEANS YOU GET A ONE STAR.
Had to chase it up with customer service who don't know what's going on.
I was told it'd be with me by the end of the month - it was another 4 months.
They also gave me information for the wrong item once and someone else's order another time.
And the coup de grace - I had to pay customs twice for an already overpriced item, will probably eventually get some refund after jumping through some hoops.
Couldn't pay me to deal with them again. I'm not one to wish ill on others but I really hope they go broke, they truly deserve it, no one would be missing anything, the world could do without them.

Avoid this place like the plague.. I thought with such a professional looking website, it couldn't possibly be scammy but I learned my lesson.

It all started when I bought a set of keycaps and switches half a year ago. I used a promo code from their site and was discounted 5%. It was an expensive order so that helped. A few weeks later, I was told to pay back the discount since technically the keycaps were on pre-order. I literally had to pay them more money in a separate transaction through a sketchy email. I contacted the sender every day for a week but never got a reply. Finally, I i contacted the help desk and got a reply days later that it was indeed a legitimate email. Left an extremely sour taste in my mouth.

Now, months later, I'm told that the switches are now out of stock because they refused to hold them until they shipped my order. Crappy business practice but that meant I'd be refunded and I sure as heck didn't want to give them anymore money. So agreed to the refund and they agreed to ship my order.

Didn't receive any update from my bank or any tracking info after said they shipped my order. Again, I contacted them every day for a week. Finally got a reply that since it's been so long, they can't issue a refund and I need to give them my PayPal information to get a refund.

I am sooo done with this site. Will never consider them again for future orders and I'd advise everyone to do the same. Also, they disabled reviews on Google, which is another bad sign.

My keyboard came with a defective PCB, been trying since April to get them to send me a replacement. I doubt I'll ever get that PCB but I'm here to warn you to stay away from this company. CS is awful and doesn't reach out till you message them and even then they respond when they feel like it.

Made an order, it was shipped but never was delivered. CS was no help in locating my order and only referred me to their shipping insurance. No offer to help, refund or anything. Tracking shows the package was never delivered. Buyers beware that KFA has no customer service and if you package is lost, they won't do anything to assist.

Ordered a zoom98 early January 2024. To this day (September 2024) I have still not received my keyboard. There were multiple batches from other vendors and Meletrix themselves being completed while I still wait for even a single update. Do not trust this company, its a scam.

The process stopped for two months after payment. When I sent an e-mail, I received a reply that the item had arrived in the warehouse and was being delivered soon. Two months later, I did not receive the item for a total of four months, and the e-mail did not respond. When I asked the credit card company for a refund, they refused.
They reported to the credit card company that there was no order details because there was a problem with my card, but it is a clear lie. Before I asked for a refund, I could check the order details on the website. After requesting, my order details became blank.
The tracking history presented by the scammer to the credit card company is self-drop. They are in Cali and my address is Delaware haha
They manipulate positive reviews on websites and communities like Reddit. They write false feedback that it takes some time but you can get it.
The trick of taking a long time to deliver is to receive money from the credit card company. If you paid for something here, contact the credit card company immediately and ask for a cancellation. After many objections, I succeeded in getting a refund.

defective PCB, which was no longer being manufactured on the time of arrival. Vendor has done nothing to remedy the issue.

update as of 11/24. their site has restocked the item and I have still not received any sort of remedy to this situation

Pre-ordered a keyboard in September and didn't get it until April. They gave me the wrong components and their customer service is the worst. They take absolutely forever to respond. Highly do not recommend.

Received my keyboard order as it was advertised - on time & great quality! Other negative reviews mentioning the delays should check the Group Buy project fulfillment times instead of blaming the company. The owner provides updates on their Discord server for each project.

False advertising, no support, lied to my credit card company to steal my money.

Horrible!
Stay away, they scam you out of your money.
Never make their own deadlines, hardly any communication, only to find another reason for a "delay", don't allow refunds.

Bought some switches and a switch tester off there, took only 3 days to come and was in perfect condition! Good products and good service!
