My treatment at KEF DENTAL Clinic went very well. From my first visit, I was welcomed in a professional and friendly atmosphere. The staff were polite, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions, which made me feel calm and well taken care of.
My coordinator, Iga, was in constant contact with me throughout the whole treatment process. She always replied quickly to my questions, answered the phone, and made sure I felt supported and informed at every step. She was extremely helpful and caring.
The treatment itself was carried out smoothly and without unnecessary stress. Everything was well organised, and the appointment schedule was convenient.

Chciałbym serdecznie podziękować całemu Teamowi za zaaopiekowanie sie mną przez cały pobyt, od transferu z i na lotnisko, poprzez opieke w klinice. Trafiłem na cudownego doktora, który wie na czym polega jego praca, który potrafi doradzić co dla pacjenta jest najlepsze i bezpieczne. Dostałem infekcji gdzie lekarz odrazu zareagował i pomogl mi przejsc przez całą tą sytuacje bez stresu. Dr Feyza Özert jest niezastąpiony w swoim fachu, nie moge doczekać się mojego usmiechu bo wiem ze będzie piękny. Dziekuje również Pani Idze, która okazała mi dużo wsparcia przed, w trakcie i również po wizycie, jestesmy cały czas w kontakcie. Cieszę się, że wlasnie na Nich trafiłem. Polecam z całego serca.

He took the best care of me throughout the whole process and always made sure I felt calm, comfortable, and reassured. Everything was explained to me clearly, and the treatment was carried out so professionally and effectively. His kindness, patience, and genuine care made such a huge difference to my experience.

Not only is he an amazing surgeon, but he also has such a warm and kind heart. I honestly could not have asked for better care and I am so grateful for everything he has done for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering treatment.
