Very unprofessional and lead us on to believe the houses is ours. Sent all out paperwork within two days and came back with lies and excuses and sold the house to someone else. The fact that he has the audacity to blame me. The least they could have done was be honest with us without leading as our and wasting our time.
Rubbish, dishonest and rude.
Will never trust them again!

Awful experience…
The worst estate agent I unfortunately had the displeasure of dealing with.
They put my property up for sale, during the process they didn’t provide me with any regular updates or any detailed feedback on the viewings.
I then decided to let my property with them, I had to chase to even get it advertised online. Adrian who works in lettings is incompetent and unable to even respond to emails. Not entirely sure if he has any lettings experience.
Plenty of other estate agents in the area who are far better, AVOID this company!!!

Dear Nadeem, as mentioned in my previous email to you I am very disappointed you feel this way. We had received two offers on your property both of which were far too low but still we were getting interest.. We had four viewings over the space of 8 days all of which you were aware of. Feedback was emailed over to you within 48 hours as the viewings were on a Saturday. Your tenant only gave us access on Saturdays which made viewings difficult and not to upset your tenant I agreed to this in case he halted all viewings!
I am very sorry you feel this way and as you can see from other reviews our business is conducted to a very high standard.
